“Nice apartments, priced kinda high as a luxury space, but our facilities are older, a little over-used, and not maintained as frequently nor as well for the amount of use they get (namely, the jacuzzi, lawn furniture, all 4 bbq grills). The custodial staff is great, and they keep the interior common areas quite clean, but the exterior corrugated steel and glass surfaces of the bldg were not cleaned last spring nor last summer, so all year our building front and exterior windows facing Brighton and towards Arkins have had a dirty, grimey appearance. All of our exterior stairwells look like they have never been air-blown nor power-washed, and our garage stairwells have never been power-washed/swept/vacuumed. Our tenants are very friendly & pleasant, and the property is just lovely, and that’s to say nothing of our phenomenal fitness areas. Our staff are the best, helpful, and friendly. Super-convenient location, so accessible to ballpark, downtown, Five Points, and Union Station.”

“2nd Update: A collection agency called me saying I owed money from my final move out two years ago which I already paid. I'm still working to get this resolved but even after leaving they are still being a pain. It seems a bit suspicious that the manager responded to my previous update around the same time that the collection agency said they received my file. I've tried many times to get in contact with the building and management company but they refuse to answer phone calls or call you back. There are also many people in the Facebook group saying they are getting calls from collectors on bills already paid as well. Hands down the worst experience I've ever had as a renter. Update: Greystar bought the property and everything went to hell. We had an elevator down for 6 weeks and the staff consistently turned over causing them to not know how to help with anything. The homeless situation has gotten worse as well. Recommend avoiding now. Original review of Alexan: My girlfriend and I moved in here a few weeks ago and everything has been amazing so far. We toured a handful of different properties around the Denver area and nothing compares to Alexan; great location, great finishes, & great amenities. The leasing office is top notch too. We have worked primarily with Hannah and Doug, both of whom have been extremely accommodating and ensured that we are very comfortable in our new home. I highly recommend living here.”

“Communication between the front desk and managing staff is horrible. I have never been late paying any bills my entire life and even pay early at times. When dropped off my keys at I moved out, I was told everything is settled and they will send me back my deposit in the mail. I called a few weeks later to see what was going on and I was told that there should be a check in the mail within 2 weeks. Come to find out I was getting calls every day from a debt collection agency. Guess what? I wasn't even informed I owed anything... like you could have just email me or mail me a letter at the address I provided you at the end when I dropped off my keys. They kept my deposit and sent me to collections without notification. The only reason why I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because it is a nice building when the elevators are working. There are great views and it is convenient to many areas. So if you don't care about having a good staff, this may be your place. If you want exceptional service look elsewhere.”

“I have really enjoyed my time at the Station! My roommate and I moved in last July and have had a good experience so far. Tatum at the front desk has been lovely since day 1. I love that the complex tries to plan fun activities (and provide free food and drinks). I LOVE the location. There has been a lot of construction and issues with elevators, garage, hot tubs, etc which makes me feel like the cost of rent is a little high for what it’s worth but its been overall a great experience.”

“I've been here 2 years and was born and raised in Denver.. The maintenance here has been the best by far. On 12/1/23 I did a maintenance request first my garbage disposal and fireplace. It took less than 2 hours from my online request and Johnny and John was at my door.. One did the fireplace and the other did the sink.. I believe that both task was done under 10 minutes and both gentlemen displayed professionalism and kindness.. Like I said best maintenance I encountered in my 52 years by far. Sam”

“Chestnut Ridge was such a good place to live, we lived there all last year without even seeing it before moving from 14 hours away. Overall, there was no issues and I just want to shout out Joe (Head of maintenance) he was the best guy and he was there anytime we needed help! He cares about the people and is hilarious! “The amenities and units are nice, but the new management, Broe, is beyond incompetent. The fully new maintenance team flooded my bathroom and spoiled my entire fridge within the first two weeks of taking over. The cooling system of Building A is out constantly throughout the summer for up to 24 hours at a time. Not to mention that my 60 day offer to renew was received late and at full asking price. Just stay far away. My full review to come shortly. Update 11/13: if you like your car being touched in a private parking garage without your consent, move here. They gave little warning on painting the railing on top of the perimeter wall. The contractor is resorting to plastic wrapping your car.”

“there for three years it was a little bittersweet, but I purchased a home, so it was time to move, but I really enjoyed my apartment. The staff the leasing office maintenance. They always make sure if there was any issues that they were taken care of very quickly. I really enjoyed staying in that apartment. It was a luxury apartment with luxury amenities that we use quite often for myself very quiet neighborhood I always brag about living here a little bittersweet because I again had to leave. Had some great times there. Enjoy the community and again the staff was great. It’s like we were family I would recommend staying here 10/10”

“I’ve lived at the property for 6 months now and am extremely happy here. I moved here from out of state and the office staff did a great job of making my move in process seamless. The staff at the front are all welcoming and friendly and recommended places that I should check out in the area. The amenities at this place is what made my decision during my apartment search so easy. There’s a dog spa that I use frequently for my dog as well as a nicely sized fitness center. There’s a bunch of other spaces such as the business center which I do find myself using the most since I work remotely.”
