Brian was super attentive and was trying to figure out what was going on. Told me that we’d need a new dryer and it’ll be installed within a week. It literally took less than a week! Brian and Ramseys were clean and thorough and I love my new dryer! Both were very polite as well.”

“We have been living at Lake’s Edge for the past almost three years and have absolutely loved it! The staff is always pleasant, maintenance always comes in within a reasonable amount of time, and the community over all is clean/nice. I’ve lived at other complexes and none have compared to living here. I especially enjoy the thought and care they provide to the residents with their monthly celebrations they put on for it just shows they care about and appreciate us. I have felt so seen and cared for by all the staff especially when applying or asking questions. The community and my unit where kept extremely clean. I feel very safe living here and I’ve only just moved in. I cannot express how thankful I was to find a place here and to have staff members who actually care about there tenants and community.”

“I have lived here for going on two years, with roommates, had some problems but Cheyenne was amazing and very helpful, she helped me get into a one bedroom with in 30 days. The apartments are beautiful, clean, updated and in a great safe environment. The maintenance is super quick and friendly, anytime I put a request in Anthony or one of his team members are quick and efficient. I highly recommend these apartments! They are very spacious!”

“It was fine (I gave 5 stars) when I moved in, but no longer after 5 years. I've seen see many 5 stars reviews. Most says that Bondy and Sean are the reason for the reviews, which I agree. Also, it is a good area. However, the buildings are old, and in dire need of renovation, real renovation. Appliances are quite old too. I moved out at the end of July, and just a month before they finally changed all old AC units. It made my electric bill go down almost $100! I know some units received new washer, but the refrigerator we had wasn't refrigerating! Anyway, although I was happy when I moved to Alafaya Woods Apartments, I was even happier when I moved out. The reason I'm writing this review today is because due the heavy rain these last few days, I thought about the parking lot. It must have been flooded, as always had.”

“I can't say enough about the standard of upkeep around Onyx apartments. Very beautiful and gives you a feeling of being home. Most of all is the professionalism and courtesy that was displayed by the office manager (Victoria). Victoria definitely raised the bar in her line of work. I had six apartments to visit and didn't go any further after talking with Victoria and taking the guided tour. From the very beginning, the management team went above and beyond to accommodate my unique situation. They allowed me to go through the leasing process without physically being present, which made the whole process seamless and stress-free. One of the standout features of this apartment complex is its fantastic location. Situated in a beautiful , quiet, and safe area, I always feel secure and at ease coming home which is a major feature for me because I live alone until my husband finds a job here. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and offered all the amenities I needed for comfortable living. This complex even has days that food trucks visit which makes it convenient for busy people that don’t have time to cook. The affordability of the apartments was also a huge plus, especially considering Orlando rent is extremely high! What really sold me on Legends was the Manager, Natalie. She is exceptionally professional and pleasant to interact with. She consistently went out of her way to ensure all of my needs were met. Overall, my experience at this apartment complex has been nothing short of excellent. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a peaceful, safe, and affordable place to call home.
