“Dear Brea, I hope this message finds you well. My partner and I have been residing in Brea Luxury Apartments for the past 13 months, and we wanted to share our review of our experience living here. Before we proceed, we would like to express our gratitude to you, the staff, and the complex for allowing us to be part of your community. In this review, we will be rating our experience based on four characteristics: Security, Professionalism, Maintenance, and Cleanliness of the Property. Security: We are pleased to give Brea Luxury Apartments 4 out of 5 stars for security. The gated community is one of the best in the Katy area, and we rarely witness any incidents of car theft or break-ins. Professionalism: Unfortunately, we cannot give the staff more than 2 out of 5 stars for professionalism. We had some issues with noisy neighbors, and despite notifying the after-hours security guard and the leasing office multiple times, no action was taken. We even provided evidence of the noise, but it was ignored. This lack of action made it challenging for us to get a good night's rest, especially with a newborn in the apartment. Maintenance: We give maintenance 2.5 out of 5 stars. After reporting an emergency AC issue on a Saturday evening, we were told that someone would only be able to come and fix it the following day. Cleanliness of the Property: We give the property 3.5 out of 5 stars for cleanliness. Overall, the property is well-maintained. We appreciate the $25 fee charged for leaving trash outside, as it helps keep the hallways clean and odor-free. Overall, we give Brea Luxury Apartments 3 out of 5 stars. We kindly request that you do not respond to this review with a generic apology. We brought these issues to your attention, but they were not taken seriously. “We've moved into this apt community last year and I thought of putting in a review only after living here for sometime and share the experience. After looking at many apt communities across Sugar Land, seeing most of the old ,run down communities we've decided to move in here. The community, units, amenities are definitely vouch for the name "Luxury apartments". Community gates for Cars and pedestrians are always working and locked usually which I felt very good and safe. Maintenance requests are handled on-time. I met with some very good friendly neighbors here, most of them with families, kids. The community office managers are very friendly and helpful. SH-6 is just 0.2 mile away. Overall our experience has been very nice so far.”

“Been here since June and it’s everything I asked for. Been here for months now and my unit has yet to need maintenance, it’s very spacious and comfortable. Stephanie was amazing and responded to my calls in a timely manner. However, the only issue I’ve been having is their response to noise complaints. I do work from home and is usually home majority of the day. There’s a tenant about me that plays their music at minimum 7 hours a day with multiple people constantly going in and out at night all I hear is bass and vibrations at night. The staff has tried to call them numerous times to no avail which should be obvious. There should be some sort of next course of action to get this resolved. I shouldn’t be able to make out what song or movie you’re watching at night while I’m trying to sleep. Unit 10/10, staff personalities and attitude 10/10, I just got unlucky with an annoying resident. I would recommend them to anyone.”

“My wife and I have lived at The Marquis at the Reserve since 2016 and have enjoyed every minute of it. The front office staff and maintenance staff have always been very helpful in all our needs and requests. The dumpster areas are never dirty with overflowing trash or old furniture. Gates are never left open. Highly recommend this place as a future home for anyone who enjoys these types of things and participates in keeping the property as it is.”

I toured numerous complexes in this area and chose Satori because of how attentive and caring the staff are. Maria was such a blessing in this process for me and made everything so straightforward and simple. “Unfortunately my apartment was not move in ready. I can go into details and share pictures but hopefully they will do a better job of auditing each units so no one else has to go through this. Yes, you can offer to clean the apartment again but that means I would have to move all the stuff so it does not get dirty. Inconvenient for me….”

“1879 and RPM Living are the worst. My vehicle was vandalized overnight due to gates broken in constantly and management did nothing to help resolve my issue. For weeks my emails and calls to management, specifically to manager Angelina, went unanswered. My vehicle was also towed inside of the complex several times without reason as well. Upon my move-out, RPM Living charged me multiple unknown fees that could not be explained. 1879 was amazing before RPM Living took over. Please be aware of these type of issues before signing a lease there.There should be an option to give 0 stars.”

“Beware the Manger will stereotype you. My credit score was good,income over the limit and rental history at a number one. I'm a single mother who is making pretty good money. I was told everything looks good,but she would have to run it by the manager to go ahead and get the approval, but it's no issues on my end so get ready to have your deposit ready.This Manger was so amazed on how a single mother can afford a nice apartment by herself and seen how everything looked on my end and had to find one reason not to approve me and guess what it was . I had somebody else on my bank statement with me and they needed to come do an application . I have never been though this before because other places never worried about who was on my bank statements. When I tell ppl this they say the same thing why was she in your business that much it shouldn't matter who is on there plus alot of ppl do that just in case something happens to them.This lady acts like she running the foodstamps and welfare program. I'm sorry that's being to noisy or she was just stereotyping.”
