“I am here because of Sonia as she guided and assisted me over calls in details and stay connected with me through out so it became easier for me to choose this Apartment from Chicago to Tallahassee.. I talked to several properties for my move in but Sonia’s behavior sincere responses and the way she dealt with all my queries made me think to do this business. Post move in also she assisted and guided me in several things as required. I must wish to have sincere people like her in every service facility. This property is well maintained, service requests are cared fast with solutions, the neighborhood is safe, little quiet and beautiful. This is a great neighborhood with nice canopy roads where all major places are well connected with in the reach. The mornings are bright, central roads are wide (6 lanes) and on plain while the interior roads are undulating and narrower with great shades of big tall and wide trees holding each other branches give a sense of the supportive community. The neighborhood is in the northern part of the city of Tallahassee which immediately connects with the I-10, bounded by the Capital Circle and Commonwealth Boulevard. This place is comparatively quiet and without traffic congestion but cars are making the roads busy and they are always moving fast which is a big concern for the side walkers. This area has some great businesses running and making the residents easygoing for their daily life. A lots of food stops all are serving great quality food, while Walmart Supermarket, Ross, Dollar Tree, etc. are within walking distance. I love my neighborhood and this Apartment Complex. Home is where Heart is!!!”

“Don’t consider renting at Forum! My daughter moved in on August 18, 2023 to Forum Apartment complex. The apartment was absolutely disgusting! Dirty, missing cabinet doors in kitchen and bathrooms, missing furniture, no tv set, no desk chair, no dresser. A few electric outlets don’t work. Cracked window, no latches on windows, no cabinet knobs, hanging wires, leaking sink, no HVAC registers, and many other problems. It’s been three weeks and nothing has been done. Management hasn’t been cooperating and seems like they don’t care at all. Manager Victoria is rude and unreliable. We sent numerous complaints but nobody in office returns any calls, no one responds to emails. Complete ignorance. Absolutely unacceptable!”

“Daughter moved in this week. I was pretty disappointed the rooms hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned. Especially because I called to ask what kind of cleaning & maintenance they were doing prior to move in. I was told all carpets were getting professionally shampooed & a cleaning crew was on site cleaning as we spoke. My suggestion would be for the front desk agents to be upfront about the fact they don’t clean & just simply let parents & kids know they don’t do anything accept fix maintenance issues. If they had told me that I would have been more prepared for what to expect on move in day. I definitely would have brought more cleaning supplies!!!! My daughter & I had to scrub everything. Blinds, baseboards, tubs, light fixtures, pretty much everything in her room had dust caked on it. Even the door itself. We had to sand the dust off of the baseboards because a scrubber brush wasn’t even strong enough to remove it all🤦‍♀️ When we started scrubbing the spots on the carpet w/carpet stain remover…most of them came out. So obviously the carpets had not been cleaned at all, or not cleaned properly. My other advise would be for the front desk agents to make people aware that if you are moving in to an apartment & there are already individuals living in the space, the cleaning people DO NOT clean the common areas before move in. My daughter deserved to have moved in to a clean home. It’s not her responsibility to scrub the food of the side of the sink or the fronts of the cabinets. Before move in day, there needs to be some sort of system where current residents need to be required to clean their common area space or they have to pay for the cleaning crew to do it. I spoke to a few other people also moving in who said their rooms & common area were also left very dirty & they had to clean for hours prior to being able to move in. This just isn’t right. Thankfully my daughter had me helping her, but we were not prepared for the 4 hours of cleaning that we each put in. I am giving 4 stars because the staff I have spoke w/over the summer, as well as on move in week, were always very helpful & pleasant. They genuinely seem like they want to help. My daughter received an Amazon package & they notified her immediately when it arrived. I’m hoping for good things this year from Red Point Weat Tenn”

“Best apartment I’ve ever live in while being in Tallahassee! The apartments are so quiet and the 1/1’s are by far the best price you can find in Tallahassee, especially for the proximity near campus. Sydney in the front office is the sweetest and always goes out of her way to help residents. Great pool are too!”

“I had a large amount of problems with the management of this complex especially during move in and move out. About a month or two before moving in I received a call from the complex saying they wouldn't be providing me furniture despite me signing for the furniture package. After having multiple emails ignored and phone calls not answered during their operating hours, I was finally able to get them to start talking to me after I sent an email saying I would use the arbitration clause in the lease agreement due to their breach of contract. I ended up getting my furniture but after moving in they hadn't connected our wifi and said that if we did it ourselves we would be fined $200. Me and my roommates ended up having to wait about 2-3 weeks before it was installed. Our AC was broken for months and it took about 5-6 maintenance requests to get it fixed. Now, after moving out I get sent a bill for a couple hundred dollars for repairs they allegedly made in my room. I asked my old roommate who still lives in our same unit and he said that nobody ever came in to make the repairs. So yet again I tried to contact them via phone calls, emails, and their own residential messaging system none of which they responded to. After not paying the bill for the damages that didn't exist they sent out an email threatening to send debt collectors to get the money, to which I responded asking questions and of course I got no response from them. I hope they see this review and decide to get back to me, but I will likely have to go to small claims court to get the money back that they wrongfully charged me.”
