Open until 06:00 PM

1897 Oracle Way, Reston, VA 20190, United States

“I toured the EXO with Eboni this week and was absolutely stunned at this beautiful property. She was kind and helpful throughout the entire tour and the residents we met during my tour were very friendly. I am not a resident as of yet but planning to move here this coming winter and I can't wait!”

Avalon Tysons Corner

Open until 05:30 PM

1569 Onyx Dr, Tysons, VA 22102, United States

“Lived here for 8 months. The property was not well taken care of, the actual living space was cheap and everything fell apart. It took weeks to get a minor maintenance request looked at. The gates never closed because they were broken for 5 out of the 8 months we lived there. The maintenance team bangs on doors at 1 in the morning over “emergencies” and the property team doesn’t do anything to alleviate the concern of a random man banging on the door in the middle of the night. They act like that’s normal and they don’t owe the residents any explanation. There are rats all over the communal trash compactor. My dog got giardia within the first month of living there from all the dog poop that is all over the property. We lived on the top floor and had ants all over the place. There are huge cracks between the door and the frame which lets all sorts of bugs in and lets all of the heat/cool air out. Your utilities are expensive for no reason. And when you try to leave, they nickel and dime you for every little thing. We were told we left $1000+ in damages that we owe which is completely false. We left that hell hole in better shape than we got it. Don’t live here if you have any self respect.”

Avalon Mosaic

2987 District Ave, Fairfax, VA 22031, United States

“I moved here few months ago, while the facilities are modest compare to other Avalons I have been to, yet the staff of Avalon Mosaic are spectacular : Nabila is excellent example of leadership, she was very helpful during the tedious moving process, and so were Ariana; I love seeing George and Anna with their kind smiles whenever i walk in, as i know my request will defiantly be answered, Tamana on the other hand is great adds on to the team, i enjoyed knowing her after being here . Moreover, I would like to cherish Maintenance dept for their great services. It's nice cosy community, am happy being part of it.”

The Residences At Springfield Station

Open until 06:00 PM

6802 Junction Blvd, Springfield, VA 22150, United States

“Been a resident now almost 2 years and I really enjoy living here. The property is well taken care of. The apartments are very nice and spacious, and all of the employees are very nice and helpful. Maintenance requests are few and always resolved very quickly. The location is perfect, can walk to the mall across the street, or the metro 10 minute walk. It's a great place to live and the team works hard to maintain it.”

Kingston At Mclean Crossing
4.4
( 8 reviews )

7480 Birdwood Ave, McLean, VA 22102, United States

“Toured this property and had a wonderful experience! Reggie showed me around and was an incredibly knowledgeable and fun guide. I have moved around a lot, and this was the first time I decided on where to apply after just one tour. The property itself is beautiful and very well kept. The apartments are spacious and really have just about everything you could want.”

The Beacon Of Groveton
4.2
( 10 reviews )

6870 Richmond Hwy, Alexandria, VA 22306, United States

“The apartments are decent although the walls are a little thin. Overall, I’m satisfied with my living space. My only issue is with this particular management team in place. Concerns are not taken seriously or addressed properly by management…well at least my concerns aren’t. I’ve been here for 4 years now and this is the only management team I have gripes about. The Beacon of Groveton appears to go through several management changes every year or so and I am hoping that this team will “rotate” out soon.”

Avalon Reston Landing
4.2
( 16 reviews )
Open until 06:00 PM

12000 Cameron Pond Dr, Reston, VA 20194, United States

“Like other reviewers have mentioned, leasing team and maintenance team are fantastic. Quick service, responsive, and professional (you’d think those are table stakes, but you’d be surprised how many other apartments drop the ball on this; some have trouble even answering the phone). Nothing to complain about there. Buildings are a bit older, but still fine. Really nice little pond along with the tennis courts. Oh yeah - being across the street from Trader Joe’s is amazing! That alone is a big perk. Rent is fair. Moving out due to personal reasons, but definitely recommend this apartment complex, which we picked after comparing to a number of other options nearby. Great bang for your buck.”

The Parker At Huntington Metro

Open until 06:00 PM

2550 Huntington Ave, Alexandria, VA 22303, United States

“We were initially excited to visit The Parker, as it came highly recommended by my best friend who is also a former resident there. However, our experience with Kenia Lazo was disheartening, to say the least. It was evident that she looked down on us when we mentioned our request for a WDU unit. We believe that all prospects, regardless of their financial situation, should be treated with respect and courtesy. She was dismissive, pretty much asked us to leave and come back with a filled-out form and give it at least 30 days, at that point we had not even seen the unit. She did not even smile at us or show a welcoming demeanor, we were literally wasting her time from her attitude. Furthermore, Kenia failed to inform us that all prospects needed to provide IDs during the leasing tour with the 2 confirmation emails we received prior to the tour, that lack of clear communication alone should have allowed her to make concessions on allowing my sister to tour without an ID, especially that me and my friend had our IDs. This lack of communication created an unnecessary inconvenience for us. I understand the need to adhere to company policy at all times, but I believe if we are going to hold people to a certain standard, we must hold ourselves to the same standard or even better. When we brought that to her attention, she said “Thank you for that feedback, I will bring it to upper management.” I understand the importance of clear communication and ensuring that potential tenants are informed of all necessary requirements. Kenia's dismissive attitude and the implication that management would support her disrespectful demeanor were unacceptable. When we told her we would get in touch with the manager, she was very stand off-ish, asking us if we wanted his number or email, more-so like even if we reach out to him, he will side with her attitude and dismissive demeanor. Even after my friend made it clear he had the manager's information, she still said, “I could give you his number and email again” Maybe as black people with accents asking for WDU units, we do not meet her ideal clientele requirement. In my own role, I make it a priority to foster a welcoming environment for all prospects, whether they are interested in a WDU or Conventional unit. everyone reserves the right to be treated like any other prospect. It is disheartening to encounter such a different approach at a property that came so highly recommended. I believe in treating all prospects fairly and equitably, as of today, right now, I am not confident that The Parker aims to do the same. I sincerely hope that this incident can be addressed promptly to maintain the positive reputation of The Parker. No potential tenant should feel belittled or dismissed during their search for a home.”

The Reserve At Fairfax Corner Apartments

Open until 06:00 PM

11727 Fairfax Woods Way, Fairfax, VA 22030, United States

“I lived here for three years. Above average complex but you pay for it with higher rent than the surrounding area. Centrally located to a lot of nice amenities in Fairfax but also far enough away from everything that you’re not in the middle of all the traffic. The grounds are kept nice, pest free, and clean. The gym is ok but rarely stocked with equipment wipes. Maintenance is really the most amazing part of the whole experience. The maintenance staff were wonderful the entire time and usually had problems fixed within 24 hours. Very little noise outside the highway construction nearby. Darya was always very responsive via email. Parking is overcrowded because of the lack of parking control. The complex issues two stickers and two guest passes, but the guest passes are for unlimited time, so our neighbor literally had four cars in his household at once that he all owned and that took up limited parking spaces for at least a year even after we notified the offices. The main offices are also on an odd schedule and will only reply in person or via email, never by phone. Mail is dropped off communally in the buildings or in small mailboxes, and there is a fair amount of theft in the buildings that cause constant missing packages and rampant theft during the holidays. Packages can be dropped off in the main office, but as mentioned previously, they keep odd hours, do not inform you about drop offs, and do not really know if items have been dropped off themselves. The biggest problems we had were during lease renewal and move-out. Be prepared for a 15% rent increase every year, as it happened to us every year we were there. They will give you a 15 day window to decide if you would like to renew your lease and you can forget your security deposit as you will either pay for their cleaning and shampoo service and apartment cleaning or you will be billed for it later as we found out after paying for a professional cleaning service and still being billed for both. Finally, don’t lose one of those aforementioned temporary passes as they will bill you $150 for a plastic hang tag.”

Avalon Dunn Loring

2750 Gallows Rd, Vienna, VA 22180, United States

“I moved in this past October. Move in was smooth and Easy. Lashell is awesome, her communication is professional, respectful and her personality is beautiful. She was and has been available to help me with any questions I have. Front desk Anyssa is MVP. She knows everyone and makes sure I get my delivered Amazon packages even before asking for them, she Always has a bubbly personality with a great smile. So far my stay has been great . The interior looks like it took a hit during Covid with maintenance and could use some touch ups and repainting but I love it here. Perfect location and love the short walk to the metro station.”

Camden Monument Place Apartments

12152 Monument Dr, Fairfax, VA 22033, United States

“Let's be clear, I never want to move. I love this community, the people, EVERY employee in the front office, the cleanliness, my apartment, the attention to detail, even the maintenance!? phenomenal. I love every thing about living here and the fact that I love my actual apartment in addition? bliss. I have had 0 issues. The staff goes above and beyond. The building has security equivalent to fort Knox. It is a 2 minute walk from Fair Oaks Mall (1 min and 55 seconds actually because yes, I timed it) and a 1 minute walk from a flurry of stores I actually WANT to go to and frequented often prior to moving. Again, I love the people, the area, the location, the schools and the leasing office. I love it here.”
