And the maintenance staff is the best maintenance staff I’ve ever dealt with in my years of renting. Every time I enter a work order, they fix the issue on the same day. The Maintenance Supervisor, Mike, even helped me with my flat tire after work one day. They definitely go above and beyond! “We have lived here just shy of 7 months and we are absolutely happy. The staff is absolutely amazing from Management, Assistant Management and the Assistant are all amazing ladies. The Maintenance Technicians Tony & Bill are also wonderful! We have always been treated fairly and kind. The apartments are beautiful and the pool is always gorgeous. The grounds are kept clean and hallways are also cleaned on the regular. For the most part everyone I’ve met as far as the residents have also been very nice. We love it here. Thank you to all the staff at Dunedin Commons and Westdale Management who have made our first 6 months here in Florida amazing. Carla & Cubs ❤️”

My daughter loves walking around the pond, playing with friends on the turf, at the pool, and at the park. I use the 24-hour gym quite often and appreciate the accessibility. We are very pleased to live here! My only complaint is that I feel the rent is higher than it should be.”

“Where do I start? This was the condition of the apt that we moved into. New management came on board about a year and a half later after our move. I notified the previous manager and current manager my concerns prior to our move out bc I did not want to be held responsible for the condition we moved into. Fast forward to over 1 month post move out- no word on security deposit. Sent multiple emails back and forth and they are withholding our deposit and stated that we owe money for cleaning fees. Some cleaning fees I expected, however per the cleaning fees they sent us were of the damages I had previously reported upon move in. Management has stopped responding to my emails, and at this point I think they deserve this review. Also legally in Florida if they don’t disclose withholding within 30 days- you’re entitled to your deposit back. Also if sienna bay would like to address this review- call me and let’s work something out and I’ll delete this review. If not , this review will forever be left on your page. I have many other complaints but this bites the big one. Update: Rebeca Lindsay the manager never responded to emails. In retaliation they had a debt collector send us a notice. We moved out March 31st. I didn’t receive a notice of withholdings until May 1st until I reached out to the assistant manager named Brekke.”
