“Autumn is phenomenal! She was incredibly helpful during our tour and answering any and all questions before we signed the paperwork. Autumn told us about various resources we could use around Fort Worth for our move-in as well as spots to go with our dog. The George is beautiful and I’m so happy we decided on this apartment complex. Everyone has been so friendly and kind, we really like all the staff here! Since moving in we always go see Autumn to say hello and just absolutely love her! I would recommend everyone to go to her and move into The George!”

“Been living here since late July and I can say we are pleased with this place. Allison does a great job at the front office and I can’t tell if she remembers me or is really friendly but either way I feel at home. The location is great we enjoy it the only small annoyance I have is that parking fills up quick by our building. I work late I don’t find spots because people have others over, to be fair we have lived all over Texas and apartments have this issue often. We now have a garage but we are happy with our place quiet neighbors who are professionals and respectful. Amenities are nice and the best part is there’s a bunch of space for dogs. Dog park, dog wash bay, and clean up bags throughout the property. So far it’s great !”

Move-in went smooth, paying rent is easy & the office has communicated with me on any questions l've had. Basketball court & weight room have been an added bonus. No one else has this size of gym or this much equipment.”

“Hi there good day, I’d like to talk about my experience living in Riverhill apartments. I’ve lived there for a year, and had to move out due to commuting reasons. Starting with the leasing office team, they have always been super respectful with me, Eden was always smiling any time I visited the office from my move in until my move out. I’d also highlight the speediness of the maintenance team there, they solved all the issues fast and efficiently. The department is well maintained and in optimum conditions,it’s clean which is really important for me, the complex is quiet, you can walk outside and enjoy the complex. They are currently upgrading the complex, painting the buildings, upgrading the internet speed, changing the lighting, and maintaining the common areas which is a plus for the visitors. On the other hand, the top pool (large pool) was on maintenance; however, we have been informed about the status of it. I’d also like the gym to have better maintenance but I want to highlight that the equipment offered is enough to complete your workout routine. In summary I can say with confidence that I would come back to Riverhill, if you are looking for an apartment don’t hesitate this is the right place for you. Last but not least thanks to Eden and the whole team on Riverhill.”

Alta Landing Apartments

3100 Joplin Rd, Kennedale, TX 76060, United States

“Apartments are new and nice. But lately few things are changing like noise’s neighbors. Walls are thin so you can hear anything. Also parking is not allowed on the Joplin at anymore and reserved parking signs are hard to read at night time. I just got towed and it was a hefty $300 plus fee. The AC is also very loud since it’s inside the closet. Dog park has lots of droppings, during summer people jumped the fence to get in the pool that don’t live here. Overall its safe and staff and maintenance crew is very helpful.”

“I highly recommend this place for living, the location is great, but the most important thing is the crew that takes care of all the residents like their priority. Crystal and the other ladies always are doing their best for making feel us safe and comfortable , it doesn’t matter what do you need, they will be there for helping you , and always with a great mood. I lived in this place for four years , and this crew has been the best. Sincerely thanks , I will miss them.”

“When I first moved into my apartment in October of 2022, the management was amazing. Everyone was friendly and my family made it a point to visit the office often because there was a sense of community. All the amenities were well maintained and the ground were clean, with a high-end feel. Javante, and the hardworking maintenance team have been nothing short of perfect in their service. Javante wears many hats and goes beyond the boundaries of his job title. However, there has recently been a change in management and we no longer feel taken care of, but passed off to a lesser equipped, absent minded individual. Bell Partners is making obvious budget cuts when it comes to the grounds and amenities, even asking residents to pay for their own water filters. Juanita, the manager, is deflective, passive aggressive, and not suited for a job taking care of a property, or people in general. She has been caught digging through residents trash to issue fines, and seems to lack the general knowledge required to perform even the most basic duties. The extra long review made by “Victor,” is glaringly A.I. generated, as the disapproval for management felt from residents is palpable. Juanita is forcefully friendly on the surface, and completely clueless on matters pertaining to her job. My truck had its windows bashed in, high ticket item stolen, and she claims to not have access to security camera footage at the front gate to aid the police investigation- but wants to add cameras at garbage receptacles to catch residents use improper disposal form; I’m not sure why her main objective is to police residents about the already insufficient garbage area, but it seems to be a personal project. If you’re considering moving in, I’d wait until there’s a change in lead staff.”

“I live on the third floor and simply love my space! It is comfortable and homely. I barely hear my neighbors to the right or left. Took my children to the pool and they met new friends. The neighbors with dogs have been friendly even the furry neighbors are nice. You don't see that everywhere trust me. The location to the main freeways are great. I would highly recommend. I like to let the staff know thank you for helping me make this decision to move here you guys are amazing!”

“Ms.Crystal was amazing !! First day she made it simple and easy! Even offered me to look at apartments that day!(some apartments have holds). I was able to move in within a week ! However I was told my admin fee would go into the first months payment which I didn’t see , according to my apartment that is not the case but Mrs. Crystal made a mistake and honored me my admin fee !! Also for a week someone was using my parking space, when I finally spoke up I was able to park using my space the next day. I’m now having ac/heating problems and even tho it’s not considered an emergency (has to be less than 56 and more than 85 to consider an emergency) they are here early morning on a Sunday to help me out. This apartment complex is really quiet and wonderful , I enjoy staying here !!! Thank you crystal !”

“I've been in one of their properties and I've been very pleased. I'll be extending my lease for the 4th year. The Old Irving area in in is quiet and I can say that my neighbors and I very close and watch out for one another. Maintenance issues are taken care of quickly. This is the first place I've stayed at longer than a year.”

“Disclaimer: I really tried to give this place a chance. I’ve lived here right around six months now. Since day one, they don’t want to fix anything. You put in a service request and they might get to it in a month or two. Bugs everywhere. They don’t communicate well. Overpay for a very cheaply built unit. Lights been out for weeks that you need a special tool for bulb but they ignore. Will mark your requests complete when they never even look into it. Stay away, far away. ZRS management has not a clue how to manage a good property for people in 2023”

“Don’t ever think about living here!!! If you are touring building no.12- pls don’t! You will find incredible better places than this. I am a current resident in building no.12. We moved into a cockroach infested house-the management didn’t know about it either until we moved in. All the houses already infested because of a previous resident from a house in the same building. Once we caught this issue when we moved in, we have constantly been doing pest control (despite me being pregnant). The problem still hasn’t been solved, only its gotten worse. We found out that our stove has been heavily infested since a long time ago and requested a change. But, the manager VaSean refused to do so and said she could only do pest control, which is not advised by my newborn’s doctor. She offered to do a full infestation smog in Oct for which we had to stay somewhere for a few hours. We were new to the city at that point and knew no one-she asked me to go stay in a park/mall with my week old newborn at that point, against doctors advice. She also won’t give us another apartment in the same complex. In order to leave this property altogether, she asked us to pay two months of rent which is super difficult with a newborn. We are basically locked here until end of June. VaSean initially would seem like a nice woman but she turned out to be heartless and not understand our problems-it would dawn on her if she lived in our apartment for a couple nights with all the roaches dancing on her at night.”

“The property manager Stephanie is the best! She made my moving process so easy I tell you! With a move theirs always mishaps and what not and nope not with my move here to these apartments. Once my lease was coming up and I wanted to relocate I looked into here since it’s close to my job and with the entire process she has helped and guided me! If you’re interested give these apts a try and ask for her she will make sure you have the same experience I did.”

Atlas Waterside

3964 Watercourse Dr, Fort Worth, TX 76109, United States

“My review is going to be lengthy. We have lived at Atlas going on 3 years. We love our apartment, overall the community is quiet, and kept clean. I am a TCU alum and I have loved this area since it came about. When we signed a lease here, we were excited to move in. 1 week before we were supposed to move in, we got a call saying that our unit WONT be ready and the only option was to upsize (of course that came with additional money). At that time, we had no choice as we literally had 1 week turnaround time or we were going to be homeless. At the end, it all ended up working out. Fast forward, we wanted to change apartments to move into a BIGGER unit, and were willing to pay even more money monthly. However, now that it is our turn to ask for a favor. Atlas does not show appreciation or loyalty to their residents. They are requiring so many additional fees on top of rent just to move to the unit down the hall. By no means do they make this an easy feat. With fees that they require, each additional day that they "hold" the unit your requesting, the rent goes up. I understand it's business, but it is unfortunate how this complex shows a lack of appreciation and loyalty to their already existing residents. I am a part of a huge network in the hospital realm and a TCU alum. I definitely will make our experience here known within those communities. Unfortunately, with that being said we will be moving at the end of our lease instead of re-signing at Atlas. It wouldn't let me respond to the reply below: - A transfer fee is understandable and yes most places do require. However, not at the level you require it. Atlas states you MUST put 30 days in (which is reasonable) however, if an apartment comes up within those 30 days (You get the option of paying x2 rents for those days) or if they just graciously ask them can you get hold the unit for 2 weeks, while my 30 days is up, the rent goes up $100 additional. Its not even about the money to me, its simply just greed. $1900 for me to transfer is absolutely unreasonable OR $800 and my rent went up $100 is insane. Especially when you already charge pretty high rent for broken key fog access, lack of security, and the gate is always broken as plenty of other reviews reflect below.”

“Living at the Broadstone on Trinity has been a great experience for me so far! The property is beautiful and they continue to maintain the amenities and keep them nice. The staff here is amazing, and Angela has been the best help! The office hosts great events for the residents and they are always planning future events for the holidays or just because! The maintenance team is very responsive and timely with all of the requests and there is a great community here at the Broadstone. Although there has been a great deal of construction in the area, hopefully it will be done soon, because this is a great location for food, shopping, and activities. I highly recommend living at the Broadstone!”

The Roosevelt Arlington Commons

“This will be a long in-depth review after living here for 3 years. The units themselves are great. The design, the space, everything is better than most apartments. They really do provide an upscale living environment, especially with the 10 ft ceilings. The front office people are amazing and always ready to help. However, the complex itself seems to have really fallen apart over the past two years. There is trash, everywhere: the parking lot, the parking garage, the stairwells, the hallways. Residents leave their trash bags sitting outside their doors, which leads to liquids leaking from the bags, all over the floors and carpets throughout the hallways. Exterior doorknobs are broken off and laying on the ground, in most sections. Some hallway fans look like they're about to fall off ceiling, which is pretty concerning, considering they're as wide as the hallway itself. Many exterior doors around the complex don't properly close or lock, so anyone can walk into the complex even without a key fob. I'm sure we're paying a premium for security, but we're probably only actually receiving a portion of what we pay for. The parking situation is a mixed bag. It's nice because we have a gated parking garage to park in with four floors, and plenty of protection from weather. But it's only gated 50% of the year because the gate breaks so much, and it's left wide open. The other issue I have is the parking registration. I live there so I registered my car to park there. Simple enough, right? No. I moved units within the complex this past year. Still at The Roosevelt, just a different unit. I had no clue we needed to re-register our cars to park again. I found out when I walked to the parking garage one morning and my car was gone. After calling around desperately, hoping my car hadn't been stolen, I found it had been towed. $350 tow bill. Maybe it's just me, but that makes zero sense to me. If I register my car at the complex, it should be safe from being towed while I live in the complex. Tough learning experience, to say the least. It's disappointing that I'm saying all of this because it was great when we first moved in back in 2021. Everything worked, everything was reliable, and it was a clean environment. But the quality just seems to have diminshed, and it's done so pretty suddenly. Overall, living here has been a huge mixed-bag experience. Lots of awesome amenities and living spaces. But also lots of issues that seem to be piling up. My theory is that the maintenance crew is understaffed and overworked, which is not the staff's fault at all. I think it can be fixed with the right time and effort because I've seen what it used to be. I'd change my 3-stars back to 5 stars real quick.”

“I've been living here for a few years now and I must say I've enjoyed every day here. I haven't ran into any issues with the staff or neighbors. The location and environment is great. When I first moved in I was assisted by Desiree... she's so kind and sweet. Any questions I had then and now (3 yrs later) she's always been able to answer with no hesitation! The mail system, gym, pools, and my apt are all amazing!”
