“I live at this location and I must say it's one of the best places I found to live since relocating in 2018. However this review is for the maintenance staff, specifically for Robert. This man knows his stuff I don't believe there's anything he can't do, I found that out when we first moved in . My oven started cutting off the Thursday before Thanksgiving and then again Wednesday the day before. He came and fixed it the day before Thanksgiving he saved me from so much grief and stress. Now the maintenance staff I have dealt with outside of him are good but he is great 👍🏾 He even called to check in to see if the stove was OK. Thank you so much Robert. Cortland is so lucky to have you .”

“It's been a difficult few months here. I will be moving to a different location soon. From neighbors who steal your valet trash can and leave anonymous notes to neighbors who stomp on your ceiling because you "slam" your door. (Never slammed! I even has maintenance come verify that my door was fine and it shuts normally.) Dog poop everywhere. Stay on the sidewalks! Trash everywhere. Possible people staying behind dumpsters in the back. (There is debris there that makes is look like that's happening!). It's definitely gotten worse since I moved here in August. I had hoped more action would be taken against those who don't follow community rules. I like the neighborhood. Never had a problem with that. Close to stores and convenient walking areas. I really wish things could be different here. There are some nice staff members. I appreciated that part! Maintenance came when asked. Parking wasn't monitored, which left it hard to park at times when you did have a sticker. Hopefully things turn around here and don't continue to go downhill.”

“Great apartment complex! We've loved living here so far. It is clean and quiet and the other tenants are friendly. After living in busier parts of the city, it is wonderful not to be able to hear any noise from traffic during the night or even from other units. We had a seamless move-in experience and were so appreciative of all the support from the leasing office and maintenance staff throughout the process.”
