“This complex hosts the worst neighbors I’ve ever experienced. We’ve sent multiple complaints with evidence to the leasing office and understandably, the office can only do so much. The upstairs neighbors have no regard for noise. I notice that even in our community forum, other neighbors have complained about their own next door/upstairs neighbors being noisy at odd hours. Walls are pretty thin so you can definitely hear heavy footsteps and even music. Maintenance is the only redeeming part of this complex. Usually they are on time and quick to fix any issues we have. I just wouldn’t recommend anyone moving here solely on the neighbors having no regard for other people whether it be not parking within the lines of their spot to being noisy past 1am during work weeks. I understand that having an upstairs neighbor comes with the territory of being noisy at times but the noise happening when we should be sleeping is the worst. Also there is an airport nearby so you can definitely hear that often too which that can’t be helped.”

“We have lived at Courtland Addison Circle since Dec. 2022. I have found the on site staff to be extremely helpful,courteous, professional and friendly. They have gone above and beyond to make us feel that this is a " home" and not just an apartment. Hannah (front office) even happily participated in a treasure hunt I organized for my grandchildren! Amazingly, they even know the names of my dogs! In addition to this great staff, the maintenance team is truly exceptional. They are professionals who are quick to respond.( I think Paul can fix anything..and always with a smile.) This team can always be seen making sure that the landscaped areas around the complex are beautifully maintained. These are teams I truly appreciate and respect. Corporate should acknowledge what they do for Courtland Properties.”

“I enjoyed the time that I was here at Greenvue. This was my first apartment moving to Texas and it was all that I can ask for. The front office staff were friendly and always available to answer questions. Shout out to Cassie one of the office managers who was always professional, accommodating, understanding, and friendly. The grounds were always kept clean and maintained. Maintenance completed my open items within a week. One slightly negative feedback is that I asked for them to contact me when they were on the way which never happened but they never entered my apartment without my permission so that was a plus. Even though this was a big property, everyone kept to themselves, and I was never concerned for my safety or the safety of my family. Overall, I had a great experience and would recommend this apartment to anyone who asks.”

“I have been living at Jefferson Lumen for more than a year and I am really happy I chose this apartment complex. They are attentive and take care of issues. They communicate when it's needed, and they really try to make it a wonderful place to live. There are monthly or bi-monthly community events so you can meet your neighbors. Also the amenities really are as amazing as the look in the pictures. Great pool, gym, yoga room, and there is a coworking space that residents can use as well. Thank you, staff, for keeping this a nice place to live!”

“Pretty good landlords honestly. They respond quickly to maintenance requests, but come with a lot of the red tape issues of any corporate landlord. Their online tenant portal is straightforward, and they respond relatively quickly to maintenance requests and questions. I also appreciate that they ask whether we’re satisfied after a maintenance request and will come back out if not. Those little steps matter! Keep in mind EVERYTHING is through that portal though, we’ve never actually met anyone from open house. If you have an emergency outside business hours, good luck getting a hold of someone. Last Christmas, we had a gas leak at our house and couldn’t get a hold of someone until the new year. We couldn’t live in our house for the entire holiday season because everyone was out of the office. Even the emergency line just reaches a call center who submits a ticket on your behalf. I hope they improve this process and keep someone on call during holidays. They do annual rent increases, but they aren’t unreasonable about it. They seem to just match what the rest of the local real estate market is doing.”

“This was my first place out of college after sharing an apartment with 6 guys, and I cannot recommend this place more. The Union is absolutely beautiful and very well-maintained; they are very timely to maintenance requests and have decked-out amenities (2 separate pool areas, massive 5-floor gated parking garage, modern fitness center with proper equipment, lounge area, etc). This apartment is in the heart of Downtown Carrollton and right by the DART station, so the community is vibrant and there is tons to do and eat. I highly recommend checking out Cane Rosso (Italian), Babe's Chicken (fried chicken), and Twisted Root (burgers). Huge shout-out to Jesse and Caleb in the leasing office for always being so friendly and professional. From corresponding at the very beginning to the final move-in day, Jesse and Caleb have been consistently helpful throughout.”

“I wanted to share my experience living at 75 West. Overall, I've been quite disappointed with the maintenance, cleanliness, and especially the condition of the hallways. Let's start with the cleanliness issue. Unfortunately, the hallways are often dirty and sticky, with noticeable stains all over. It's not a pleasant sight or feeling when you're walking through the building. The lack of cleanliness, slow maintenance response, and sticky, stained hallways really detract from the overall living experience. I hope this review helps others make an informed decision. It's important to be aware of these issues before moving in. Hopefully, the management takes note of these concerns and takes steps to improve the situation!”

“I moved into this apartment in April and everything has been great until this week. At 6:00 am Tuesday morning, the fire sprinkler busted and completely flooded my apartment. The maintenance team responded quickly but dealing with the management team has been a nightmare. It took until Friday for the on site management team to offer me a new unit and $250 for movers. I have been told my unit is habitable but also told it is too wet to start repairs. There are de-humidifiers and fans throughout my unit that I was told not to move. I have not been able to live in my apartment since the incident occurred and the management team says they are not willing to offer any rent forgiveness.”

“Don’t move here just don’t. They have no control of property. Office is non responsive to emails and complaints. The property does not match the photos; upkeep is meh. Crime, multiple car break ins, golf cart thefts, failure to keep property safe. I haven’t had problems but I know people that have had rat problems; cons of close restaurants . An occasional homeless squatter in temp controlled buildings. Which is sad because they need a warm enclosure. However, if any are mentally ill could definitely cause harm to residents. There was an active shooter shooting off balcony for days in to areas where residents walk and office gave no warning to residents. There was an ongoing investigation but could have blocked area for maintenance or other preventative (previous mgmt). They can’t handle the basics like keeping dog bag portals empty and supplied with bags. It’s declining by the day. Looking in to shortening or rescinding renewal. Just abort/abandon the structure, find somewhere else in price range. Also, can confirm other reviews of mold quickly forming on faucet finishes despite cleaning. And foundation cracks. My sink bottomed out twice as well. Glad a pipe didn’t bust and flood my personal property. I’ll add more photos later. Actual dog park versus Instagram dog park.”

“My family and I have been living at the District Greenville for 8+ years. Jeremy the manager and his staff at the front office are the nicest most professional apartment teams I’ve ever worked with. I had a towing issue and Jeremy went above and beyond for me. The maintenance crew are always there to help and if anything comes up with the apartment as in maintenance they are always on time and they do the job right. They gym is always clean and ready for use. The District atat Greenville should be on anyone’s top list of places to call home.”
