“My car was stolen from the parking garage along with another corvette almost 48 hours ago. I haven't heard anything from property management. They haven't even notified residents that such an incident happened. It's like nothing even happened. This place started off great. But the management is different now. Elevator issues most days. And you're stuck at the parking garage exit or entrance more often than not because of this new unreliable fob system. Please do not bother sending me lease renewal information.”

“The Vale Luxury apartments are great place to live! As a school teacher of 20 plus years, who loves peace, quiet, and a comfortable home environment, the Vale is the perfect place to live. Management and staff including the new assistant Manager, lovely leasing ladies, and maintenance crew under Cindy’s leadership are all very professional and courteous. Top that off with second to none quality amenities that include a workout center with free weights, resort size swimming pools, huge barbecue grills, computer room and a very nice pool table, and you have Luxury Apartment homes with resort style living. Oh and did I mention the standard one and two car parking garages that come standard with each unit? Yep, you can walk right into your luxury apartment home from your attached garage… I therefore give the Vale, my highest rating of 5 Stars. “After over two years, I'm leaving Camden Post Oak for my own reasons, but I just want to say what a great management team runs this building. I have never seen better management anywhere. The maintenance folks (Luis et al) are also outstanding. Most of my maintenance requests were addressed with 24 hours. Extraordinary. And the concierge staff (Hugh and Seth and the rest) became friends. They sincerely want to help. These are all very nice people at Camden. I will miss them.”

“If you want to become a part of history, if you like to drown yourself with great restaurants and bars all within 5 minutes of walking, this is the place to live. I'm not a resident yet of this beautiful historic building but I will be soon. Amenities are super cool. I loved the entrance. You feel a grand welcome by the door person and by the huge lobby area with super cool Chandler lights. Ohh, I almost forgot, there is a huge balcony on the 2nd floor where residents can relax and enjoy the true downtown view, people in the streets. I had my tour yesterday, and Samantha was extremely helpful showing me around and she went out of her way to accommodate my needs with various rental options. I am going to apply today and dearly hope that I get accepted. Can't wait to live as a resident of Rice Lofts soon.”

Unfortunately, there's been persistent noise disturbance from my next-door neighbor, specifically due to their loud TV from 10 pm to 3 am. This disrupts the peace in both my master bedroom and living room. Despite polite requests, the issue persists, affecting my family's mental well-being and, more importantly, our ability to get a good night's sleep. I trust the management's commitment to ensuring a comfortable living environment for all residents. I look forward to a swift resolution to this matter.”

“I've been living here for about a year so far, and I wanted to leave my honest review. The amenities are for the most part great. I have no complaints about the pool - it's spacious and looks nice. The Amazon hub room works great. The elevators are always working (in my experience). However, the gym is awful. They have lots of machines and dumbbells, but they don't keep the gym clean and we NEVER have clean towels to use. Also, we can't use the benches properly since they are always missing pieces. Some neighbors leave trash outside of their apartments and outside of the trash chute. There is always a smell of marijuana in the hallways. Kids are loud and there are a LOT of kids playing in the afternoon, knocking on doors, and being loud. We can hear everything through the thin walls, and if our downstairs neighbors play music, my apartment floor will vibrate which is really annoying. The gates are almost never working and gates have to remain open. Pest control is a joke - I keep my apartment as clean as possible and I still see roaches running around sometimes, it's gross. Also, alarms will go off for no reason! The staff is great for the most part. The apartments look nice and they include door alarms, roof fans, and tons of storage shelves. I have never experienced theft here thank God, so I would say it's safe to live here based on my experience. Maintenance is fast and helpful (except pest control).”

For the record my wife’s car has been broken into, there has been assaults with a deadly weapon. The management have no action plan on keeping this place safe. “If I could give less than 1 star, I would. Do. Not. Move here. It’s really not worth the headache. Obviously, if you have no where else to go or are in a crunch, it’ll do but you would do yourself a great big favor by avoiding this place at all costs. If you have kids, don’t move here. If you have pets, don’t move here. If you have anxiety, don’t move here. As a woman, i hated it here. The men are weird. If you don’t want anybody playing on your account and with your money for 6 months straight, don’t move here. If you don’t want to have your car towed once a week, don’t move here. If you don’t want to deal with pissy attitudes from management AND from maintenance staff, do not move here. This is thee worst apartment I’ve ever lived in regardless of time frame or location. There’s never any parking. It’s dirty. Outdated. Really not worth the trouble at all. Avoid at all costs if you can. Don't let some fresh paint fool you either.”

“I lived here for 6 years, and for the whole time, when Aliso took over the community(from Elan), the pool was constantly closed, area wasn't maintained, the bbqs were broken but never repaired. When I look at the review, it's safe to say that it hasn't changed one bit. In addition, the staff could never respond. I want to emphasize that the pool's water was green, and the floor was covered in algae.”
