“It's a great place to get clothes washed and refill water jugs. The owner, Jeff, is a great guy that is more than happy and willing to accommodate any needs, within reason of course, to ensure the highest customer satisfaction Pretty clean and modern equipment. A nice part of the laundromat is the free drying. Depending on the washing machine that's used, there's a table of how many free drying minutes you get. There's also the Monster washing machine that can do up to 14 loads. I've been coming here for years and plan to keep doing so. There's also the wash, dry, and fold service that makes it very convenient and easy to get laundry done if one is too busy to come and do it.”

“Great concept! This place serves the food of 6 restaurants, a dessert, an ice cream, and a juice bar. They are partial menus and they bring the food from the restaurants themselves and cook it here. We had the BBQ Burger, the Party Melt, Garlic Fries, and Birria Tacos. All good was 5 stars except the tacos. They were a bit dry, there was no dipping sauce and the shells were a bit stale. I would eat here again.”

“My husband & I are thrilled with Able Storage in Monterey Park. Monique has been so thorough with explaining and showing us the process of operating here. Despite being so busy Monique as well as Martin took the time to show us different storage units on more than one occasion. This place is super clean and so spacious. All areas are monitored and so well lit with motion detectors. We feel so secure. In fact we just upgraded to a larger unit today and it's so roomy and clean. We highly recommend this location to anyone needing extra storage.”

“I recently had the great opportunity to visit this amazing little farm store and I’m so grateful to have found my new favorite hidden gem. I live 45 minutes away but it is worth it for me and I rave to all my friends and family that it’s a must for them as well. The dairy products are always fully stocked and fresh and the meat products are worth it! Way better than anything you can get at the grocery store. Not to mention you can feel good supporting LOCAL young farmers.”

“Responsive, professional and reasonably priced. I had my heat go out on a Sunday evening. I called two places, ServiceMax and one other. The other told it would be a minimum of $300 for them to come some time the next day on top of any parts and supplies and time. ServiceMax told me it was less than 1/2 that price and the could come in the morning beetween 8-12. They said the tech would call me 20-30 min before he's available. He called me at 7:30am and was here by 7:50. He was here for 2 hours and told me everything he was working on and doing and what the issue(s) were. I felt confident that we wasn't trying to rip me off, he was polite, professional and responsive. Amazing.”

“Somebody stole the cover of my sofa. Totally useless!!!!!!! No words needed. Please do not bring your business here. —update to the rude response of the laundromat: This is the very first time I have used this service and nobody offered this full-service neither I knew that existed. I might suggest you better train the assistants to have better customer service and offer this at the beginning. Also, if you see the video, you will see that I did not leave for 4 hours as you are implying. I left for 30 minutes that is the time I programmed the dryer. That said, it is not an excuse for people to steal or for you to not be able to help or offer a solution. Of course I will not recommend this place that 1) did not solve me anything, 2) this kind of response is rude and does not help at all and also lying about the time I left 3) what kind of people do you allow to get in that this kind of situations happen? I’m glad just my cover was stolen, maybe if I would’ve been there I would’ve been robbed or assaulted. And last, you better check your “state-of-the-art” surveillance camera because we could not get the plates or the faces of the thieves. So basically, that is useless for the police.”

“We recently moved to a new place that doesn’t have on-site laundry facilities. As such, we looked for a local laundry facility that provides a drop-off service, where we could drop-off the laundry and (hopefully) pick it up later in the day. This was just the facility for that! I’ve been here twice now with drop-off orders to be laundered. Both times I experienced excellent customer service, including a friendly and warm reception, laundry completed both ahead of promises and expectations, and the simple (but significant) service of helping to carry the properly packaged parcels of laundry out to the car. The blue ribbons were a nice plus. My previous experience at a Simi Valley laundry was very far from this new reality. They advertised on their website a rate for laundry service (and implied that it was same day), only to mark it up 67%... and not have it ready the same day. We’ll be bringing our laundry here from now on. Should anything change, I’ll let y’all know. For now, this is an A++ establishment. Don't forget to squeeze the pig.”

“I've been driving through Winne for 15 years and never seen this place..perhaps maybe because I just started surf fishing. While at Crystal Beach I started talking to a seasoned fisherman and told him how disappointed I was with Harold's Tackle at Crystal Beach. He told me if I ever stopped at the bait and tackle in Winnie. "Winnie has one??? Where?? I've never seen it". He told me so Sunday heading home I looked for it. I be dang Winnie has a bait and tackle store. He was opened so I stopped in. Met the owner..really nice fella. Answered all of my saltwater fishing questions (quite different from bass fishing). After spending close to 45 minutes in there talking to him between NUMEROUS customers I left with a nice Penn reel and rod. He asked if I wanted him to spool it up..asked how much and he told me. I thought "I've spent probably too much already so I'll get some myself ". NOW....don't anyone tell the owner about what follows. Got home and I just knew I probably could have got the reel cheaper elsewhere and I should have waited..so I looked and compared prices. You know what? He was a few dollars cheaper!!! Yes!! Went to Academy and bought my 30 lbs braided line, 300 yards because that's what the reel called for. Academy was 4 dollars cheaper...NOT WORTH MY TIME AND EFFORT. I thought I was going to really come out ahead but didn't. His prices and his character explained why he had so many customers there during my time with him on a Sunday. If you think you're going to find better prices elsewhere DON'T worry looking around. His prices and service is absolutely more than far. So don't tell him!! Next time through with my son I'm going to buy the exact same rig...don't want the price to increase! Added a few pictures after purchasing another rod and reel from here. RICK, is a super nice guy”

“Broke my plastic frame glasses right in half at the bridge. I had new glasses on order at my regular optometrist office, but it would take 10 days to come in and in the meantime I was trying to make do with taping my glasses. It wasn’t working. When I went in, the man who repairs the glasses, Harold, was out so they allowed me to leave the glasses and popped my lenses into a loaner frame. When Harold called the next day regarding my glasses, I appreciated that he was very honest about the durability of a potential repair. They were willing to do it but couldn’t guarantee it would be a lasting repair and made sure to let me know that up front. After calling back and speaking to Noah, we instead opted to find an inexpensive frame compatible with my lenses that would work in the interim and serve as a backup when I got my new glasses in. I am so appreciative that they were able to help me one way or another so I was not without glasses for the next week and a half. The cherry on top was I was able to use my FSA card to pay for it. Highly recommend. Very honest and helpful people.”
