“Been a couple of times now with my family, everywhere seems to be wheelchair accessible, though there is only one a wheelchair accessible toilet, which is fine as I imagine most visits are only for a couple of hours at most so we can manage without a “changing place”. Food is of an ok standard, and when using bowl and burger or pizza deals… is great value. There is about 20 bowling lanes, 5 pool tables and 2 table tennis tables plus an arcade that spans the entrance. Disabled parking is not very well marked out as it is quite faded, so cannot work out what is and what isn’t designated parking for blue badge users. All in all a good experience, but it can get a bit busy and chaotic on rainy days during school holidays. Update: at our last visit we parked next to the entrance, but someone still managed to block our side access wheelchair lift. Management need to address the lack of designated Disabled parking”

We booked 50 minutes and I don't think they make it clear that you still only get 1 game even if you've got time left. Do yourself a favour and take your time to fill out the time you've paid for.”

“Great facilities and venue. The kids had fun. There is lots for kids to do. Unfortunately the customer service, staff, and waiting times let's the place down. We had to complain about dirty toilets not cleaned, and 2 that didn't work at all. We then tried to order food, and was told it would be a 45 minute wait before they even start making our food. Then a further 45minute wait to get the food cooked. So basically 1h30min wait for food. Everytime you go to the bar for a drink, there is no one there. You have to stand and wait for 10mins before someone comes to serve you from serving at a different station. They do not have enough staff! And therefore are spread too thin and far between. And for this reason alone I give it a low mark. If they can get more staff, and sort their customer service, it would be a cracking place. Until then we will be going elsewhere. As you spend more time waiting to be served, than actually enjoying the facilities you paid for.”

“I regret to inform you of a concerning experience at Tenpin Bowling in Telford on Friday, December 15th, during my 14-year-old son's birthday celebration. Despite having a lane booked for 19:40, our visit was marred by various issues.Upon arriving at 6 pm to enjoy the arcades before bowling, I encountered a prolonged delay during check-in at 7:15. A customer dispute caused a 25-minute wait, frustratingly unacknowledged by the two employees handling the situation. The lady eventually attended to my check-in, apologizing for the delay. However, when I attempted to order additional food and drinks through the Tenpin app, I encountered errors twice, leading to the need to order at the bar.Lane 17, where we played, and the surrounding areas were disappointingly filthy, with empty glasses and leftover food, affecting our entire bowling experience. The state of hygiene persisted throughout our two games.Efforts to use the Tenpin app for ordering were further hampered by technical glitches, and when attempting to order extra food at the bar, I was informed that it wasn't possible due to being too busy. Consequently, the pre-booked meals took around 40 minutes to arrive, prompting us to seek alternative dining options afterward.Moreover, the state of the toilets was unsatisfactory, with uncleaned beer bottles and a strong urine odor. This overall experience left us with the impression of an understaffed, poorly managed venue with subpar customer service and hygiene standards. I hope this feedback contributes to the improvement of Tenpin's services and facilities.”

“Amazing experience from start to finish. Very easy to book and find a deal online. Which was also available at the venue when we bought more games. Sophie (Who I assume is the GM) was very friendly and helpful when we had an issue with the lane lights. More than accommodating. My son ordered food which was delivered to the lane by the supervisor, who was also very polite and friendly. The venue was clean, great back ground music and we were warm enough. We will be back soon (despite me losing). Thank you all, a great few hours out!”

“It was very quiet as its that time of the year. Theres lot of work going on by the seafront walk right now and the footpath is closed. By June it should be back in function and for sure very busy too. The paddling pool was the one that caught my attention which would be perfect for families with young children. Open air, sea view, restaurants close by, amusement park, cinema, toilets, multiple paid car parks and areas very clean. The paintings on the seafront wall are eye catching making the place colourful with a bit of history and heritage. If you like a refuge out of London madness, head out for a 1.15hr drive to Canvey.”

“Went yesterday it was good bowling session, staff were friendly and helpful and constantly cleaning up. Toliets need a freshen up on paint work. We also did mini golf Upstairs which was nice but one machine was not working, 2 of the sections didn't have much room to swing the golf racket so section 2 and 5 were the difficult areas. Overall was fun! But the flashing lights that happened when you hit the ball into the hole was way too bright for my liking. No good if you have photo sensitive epilepsy or suffer migrane attacks! If you wanted to do the golf you will have to go upstairs and also go upstairs for toliets. Which is not suitable for wheelchair or disabled people in general as there is no lift access.”

“Really great location, colourful and bright, good music playing! Definitely a place I will be visiting again to try all the different activities. We went for 2 games of bowling for 3 adults which came to just over £32, and took us about an hour to complete. There were a couple of game options to choose which changed the graphics on the lanes and TV screens - I really enjoyed this! The bowling balls were quirky as they were like snooker/pool balls! Staff were friendly and helpful!”
