“We really had a nice experience at Hide N Seek we all had fun one side with food and drink we did first we had a pizza witch was an ok piece of pizza and a pitcher of soda they didn't inform us it was refillable but a nice employee named Lisa told us on the other side with the trampoline and rock climbing and she told us when the best discount days are and how they changed the rules on going back and forth to both rooms you can't go do that anymore you go to one first then the other room next can't wait for next time”

“Terrible! It was a terrible experience. I've been to many other Bowlero locations, and this one was the worst. On January 1st, I visited with my family of six. They assigned us two lanes, 24 and 25. During our first game, our balls got stuck behind the pins. We asked for help at the front desk and spoke to an employee who called someone to address the issue. But our frustration mounted as the balls got stuck again. We returned to the front desk for assistance, played for a few minutes, and yet again, the balls got stuck. This cycle continued, and it seemed only our lanes had this problem. I was extremely frustrated. If I were working there, I would have apologized to the customers and offered compensation for wasting their time and ruining their experience. Disheartened by the poor service affecting our mood, we decided to stop during the second game and requested a refund. The employee called the manager, a lady with glasses, who didn't say anything but offered us different lanes. I immediately declined, insisting on a refund due to the extensive time wasted waiting in line and seeking help for the stuck balls. She agreed to refund the second game, which we had barely started; we had only rolled three balls. The service was very poor, and the manager's disrespectful and unkind attitude was unacceptable. We will never visit this location again!”

“This place is always so much fun but today was extra special. Went guerilla style and grabbed some tables for a group celebration. The staff was incredibly accommodating every second. From multiple individual payments for each guest, to staffing each activity when we were ready, to juggling 3 official schedules birthdays, to supporting my son who was anxious on the ropes course, they were fantastic and kind. Management was stellar as well going above and beyond. So appreciated and fantastic. We will be back time and again!”
