“Quality of the furniture is *excellent* but the customer service suuuuucked. When I first was greeted by Robyn she was a bit standoff-ish. She tried rushing me out the door when she thought I was just there to purchase a chair. Once she realized I was there to drop some serious coin, she became super friendly and suddenly had time for me. After picking out ~3K worth of furniture, she assured me I’d have my delivery within three weeks. Fast-forward six weeks and I reach out to Robyn to see where things are at and she doesn’t respond. Then out of the blue, Devon calls to say my delivery is coming by end of the week (six weeks total waiting time) and if I need absolutely anything, to call him directly. I leave two messages (a week apart) and never heard from him again. During delivery (and HUGE shoutout to Cory and the other delivery man who were AMAAAAAZING), I decided I didn’t need the cable management tray and so I sent it back. I sent Robyn a message a week later asking when I could expect the refund and she said she had no idea I had returned it and she’d confirm with accounting and follow up with me. I never heard from Robyn again, but luckily the refund came through. All in all, was the furniture worth the price I paid? Heck yes. Will I ever buy anything again from RGO based on my customer experience? Hard no. In the words of Julia Roberts: “Big Mistake!!!””
