“Excellent facilities, wide selection of books/periodicals/ multimedia and comfortable seating areas. There’s also a cafe on the ground floor. The architecture and visual effect is unlike old libraries of old.”
21 Camperdown Road, Miramar, Wellington 6022, New Zealand
“If you’re interested in movie magic this is a good place to visit. Very informative. It’s not a long tour as far as walking but you do stand quite a time. There is a lot to see. You need to take time to look around at the artist work place (copy of). The guide can give you a lot of information if you have questions ASK THEM. I don’t have many photo’s because you can’t make them. (There is always someone who tried DO NOT TAKE PICTURES!)”

“5 of us did the bank heist escape room over the weekend. We had a fun time! The only issue we had was that the tablet used to do the escape room was extremely old. Obviously the escape room is timed so every second counts, but the tablet was incredibly old and laggy - we had issues scanning QR codes, video clues not playing, getting stuck on pages and unable to get back to where we needed etc. I feel this really let down the experience as at times we just had to stand around waiting. I did mention this to the staff member who inducted us, but was just told 'yeah its old' etc. I've visited this escape in the past and have had issues with devices as well. It would be great if the devices could be updated, then I would give 5/5 stars :)”
460 Victoria Street, Hamilton Central, Hamilton 3204, New Zealand
“Awesome place to have fun with family and friends, had an awesome time for the 2nd time. Staff were friendly especially Philip who transferred the rest of my tickets to a different card. Sarah was reasonably helpful she let me use my coupon but didn't let me use my main card from the Timezone app. Overall very fun games and stayed there for around 2 hours again! 9/10”
85 Lakefront Drive, Te Anau 9679, New Zealand
“Highly recommend this tour. The boat ride across the lake was very comfortable. I was expecting a rough ride but it was quite smooth and we were warm and dry inside. The tour guides were friendly and informative. There were 72 of us but they take you in smaller groups of 12 so it’s quite intimate and you feel like you have the place to yourselves. The caves were amazing and they have walkways and lighting all the way. A really great setup. You can’t take photos inside but there were plenty of glow worms and the waterfalls were an added bonus.”
Pah Homestead 72 Hillsborough Road, Hillsborough, Auckland 1042, New Zealand
“The place itself is a huge vintage building where all the art is exhibited, showcasing unique pieces with stories behind them. It totally relies on donations so there is no entry fee. They hold competitions for the artwork they exhibit so voting for your favorite piece is encouraged. Once you are done viewing the art pieces inside, you can either grab a snack on the ground floor or visit the numerous stalls outside selling a wide range of stuff from clothing, jewelry, art and craft, and much more. It's a lovely place to spend time with family walking around its huge property. So strongly suggest a visit.”
420 Titirangi Road, Titirangi, Auckland 0604, New Zealand
“This is a world class facility. The building is worth visiting irrespective of what is on display. They don't have a permanent collection so it changes constantly but they do have some really fabulous offerings.”

“Site of a deadly train crash back in 1953, on Christmas Eve. Definitely worth a stop if you're not in a rush. You'll learn about lahars and how they can be deadly. Don't miss the 200 metre trek up to the vantage point.”

Hasketts Road, Templeton, Christchurch 7678, New Zealand
“Well what can I say about Ruapuna Speedway, that you don't already know. As a senior, after years of not being at this amazing venue, I intend going as much as I can this season again, especially as it is close to my home. Did the dirt track with my grandson, who is normally in the pits cleaning Tyler Warnocks vehicle. What a talented driver Tyler is. Such a stunning evening, also with the weather. The activities for children such as lolly scrambles, the tee shirt cannon etc were awesome and inclusive for them all. My grandson got me a small flag so that I could wave it at the competitors, after each race. Such fun. Food stalls were delicious and we purchased everything from whitebait patties, to chips, hot dogs, drinks and donuts. Yum 😋 Everyone should support this well run and maintained venue if they can, in our Christchurch area. Plenty of easy access parking for all. 👏👏👏”

“Such an amazing experience at this tattoo studio. The staff is so friendly and they really work with you to get it just the way you want it. They offer amazing advice and make you feel comfortable. We were with a group of 5 and they made sure were all able to come in on the same day. My tattoo artists Petra did a fantastic job and was able to touch up the tattoo behind my ear that had faded. One of my earrings was stuck and they took it out for me free of charge. I'm so happy with the result and the entire experience. Overall just a great studio would recommend them to anyone looking for a tattoo in Christchurch.”
