“Really great amphibian zoo! It's a little off the main road but definitely worth going to if you like frogs. All of the information about them is in Japanese, I wish they included English common names on the signs as well. All of the terrariums are extremely well kept and clean, plenty of space for the frogs. Some of them are huge! I had a hard time finding some of them because of how well-hidden they were, but it was lots of fun trying. It took about an hour to get through. In the summer they have some outdoor exhibits as well but I went in the winter so those frogs were not on display.”

“I went to play with two elementary school students. 1F nature Middle school 2F science show 2F Light Sound Power Universe 3F planetarium It is composed of There is an athletics section on the stairs from 1F to 3F, which can be used by elementary school students. It was a one-way street only for climbing. Since it is located in the city, there were several groups of elementary school students. Because the traffic in front of the science museum is separated by pedestrians and vehicles, drivers who don't normally use the facility were often buzzed by the buzzer📢. Please be careful of vehicle movement. It was only a half day, but the kids were satisfied. I would like to visit there again during my summer vacation. I went on New Year's holiday. It was crowded at maximum because it was nearby and the prices were reasonable. The planetarium was more than half full. There are three dining spaces ①Next to the exit gate ② Opening of conference room ③ Cafe space on the left side of the entrance All are on the first floor. Vending machines are located near the stairs”

1140-1 Kakegawa, Shizuoka 436-0079, Japan

“I thought this would just be a modern art gallery of stained glass. So I was happily surprised to find authentic stained glass recovered from old English homes and personal chapels. In the pieces dealing with Biblical content, it was interesting to see the symbolism embedded in the details of the glass. I walked away with a better understanding of how stained glass was used as the "Poor Man's Bible."”

“I had read the reviews beforehand and knew that the room was small and the hallway smelled strongly of air fresheners, so I wasn't too worried. In the indoor bath at night, you could see the starry sky and it was soothing. Hatsushima was right in front of us again. The view is great and it's a really quiet place. The food was prepared very carefully. For breakfast, you can choose dried fish from the night before, and I chose Kinmedai. I was full from the morning. There is no elevator, so it may be difficult for elderly people. The customer base seemed to be young to middle-aged. I also forgot to take a photo and took the photo while I was half-eaten.”

“I went to the 60th Shizuoka Hobby Show. Unlike three years ago, there were almost no foreigners here. Also, since there was a pre-registration system and limited admission, it felt like the place was busier than I expected. However, the Bandai Namco (Gunpla) booth still has a long line, and if you don't get there early, you'll have to wait in line for several minutes.”
