From my experience of Italy some people do not understand customer service and are not well traveled therefore do not understand that some tourists may not understand the Italian way, my roots are Italian and I have worked in restaurants for more than 3 decades, therefore I understand good food and customer service. “Very cool church and highly recomend the tour of the crypt, eerie and fascinating at the same time seeing all those embalmed bodies of past clergy etc. Ask at the barbershop across street for tickets and a guide to take you down into the crypt, worth the 4 euros. Very rich history and overall a very cool town to visit, great little shops”
