Nukabiragensenkyo, Kamishihoro, Kato District, Hokkaido 080-1403, Japan
“When I go there in the end of January, it is nice weather so that I could go by my Honda fit which is not 4WD but no problem at all, very lucky day I guess. All the lake's serface was iced so I could walk on it. 30-40min to Taushubetsu bridge by walk, which is a mysterious object on the lake. In the winter, because of lake's short water, the bridge seams to be emarged on the lake only in the winter.”

“I visited this museum with the Japanese Self Defense Force as part of Operation Orient Shield one cold INFANTRY November. There are allot of original artifacts!”

“The set is delicious. The parfait is voluminous even if you order half. It has a relaxing Showa retro feel. However, since the uncle makes it alone, he forgets about busy times (lunch time, etc.) There have been times when I have had to wait so long😅”
Memanbetsushowa, Ozora, Abashiri District, Hokkaido 099-2356, Japan
“is approximately 1km from memanbetsu station, actually just a field with planted trees with no intention of being popular, but very instagrammable, there is a short stop for cars to pull over to take photos. Entering people's fields is of course prohibited. I took the photo in December- early snowfall. my hands really hurt but the blue sky and white fields were very beautiful. just wish there were seats to enjoy it like a bus stop.”

“I am satisfied that I can see Mt. Rishiri clearly from the bath. I feel like I'm putting a lot of effort into cooking. Especially the breakfast ingredients were plentiful. However, it cannot compete with the guesthouses run by fishermen.”
27 Go Higashi 2 Senkita, Kamifurano, Sorachi District, Hokkaido 071-0522, Japan
“Spent two nights here with camping van. First night in car park and second by beautiful stream with power and access to water and sink. Good showers 200yen for 10mins. Need to separate rubbish. Spacious and scenic. Lavender fields walkable. Highly recommend.”
217 Hamakoshimizu, Koshimizu, Shari District, Hokkaido 099-3452, Japan
“I went there knowing that there were no flowers in this area, which is at its best from early summer to summer (lol). Even though I couldn't see any flowers, I was hoping to see some on the ridgeline of Mt. Sharidake, but unfortunately it was cloudy. I couldn't see the Shiretoko Mountain Range or Mt. Sharidake. As expected, the tourist center was empty, and the clerk was offering a large discount on local specialty kelp, so I bought it. This is a chance for those who like kelp. I don't think it's worth it to go there just for that purpose (lol). However, just looking at the spacious scenery gave me a sense of something out of the ordinary, and that was a good thing. I think it would be possible to drive with a hot spring set.”

“Decent location for a corridor of trees. Parking is about rough, lucky we came around 12 where there wasnt much people so wemanaged to randomly park in a lot”

“Interesting exhibitions. The volunteer staff in the coffee shop made it for me though. No English spoken but we still managed to have a good laugh. Wonderful people.”
Notsuke, Betsukai, Notsuke District, Hokkaido 086-1645, Japan
“The Notsuke Peninsula is a wonderful place, including this scenery. This vast sand spit terrain was very nice and worth seeing. It looks like the dead firs will be completely gone soon. Even though it was already mid-September, I was bitten by a large number of large mosquitoes, and the itching was extremely painful. According to the locals, the outbreak had subsided considerably a week ago, but it seems to have suddenly flared up again. If you visit when it's warm, it's best to take precautions against mosquitoes.”

“Previously, it was a course for Toyo Suisan Ladies. Recently, the trees on the side of the course have been cut down, giving it an open feel. The old course is quaint and I like it. This golf course has three courses, including Thomson. For the past few years, Regent has often found that only parking lots far away from the clubhouse are available during late start times on holidays. So when I come here, I come early and practice putting at the practice range. In addition, power supply equipment that is convenient for EV drivers is also installed in front of the clubhouse. (550 yen per time)”
1 Chome-18-16 Kitamihara, Hakodate, Hokkaido 041-0807, Japan
“I came looking for a hot spring while waiting to board the ferry from Hakodate. There was also a hot spring and sauna available for 480 yen, so I took a relaxing soak and hurried back in time for the ferry departure.”
1 Yachigashiracho, Hakodate, Hokkaido 040-0046, Japan
“Magnificent old stone monument to the Tokugawa Shogunate warriors who died during the Hakodate war. The monument is nestled in a beautifully lush forest and the path through the forest is lined with wild flowers in the spring. Definitely worth the short walk through the forest to get there.”
Horoiwa, Saroma, Tokoro District, Hokkaido 093-0422, Japan
“There are many insects, so insecticide and insect repellent are a must ❗️”
