“We came here over the festive period to watch Wonka and did enjoy the experience, although did spend quite a bit. It's fun to get cozy on the sofas, although the little tables are a little small so you do have to do a bit of a balancing act with things you buy (at least we did). The food and drink is what you'd expect to pay at the cinema, and it is that bit different the choice of what you can get ordered to your seat (you order at the bar and they bring it to you). I wish they did a proper pick and mix though, the little pre made sweet carton doesn't have the cinema feel to it like pick and mix does! I saw a review saying about the length of adverts at the start, and I have to agree it's over the top the length of time you wait for the film to start. I'm guessing they may do this to try and get people to finish eating so there is less disturbance in the film? Still, we didn't get hot food, so we found it a bit annoying having to wait through all the ads. Overall, it's a fun experience, which you do pay a premium for. I'm not sure I'd be going regularly, but as a treat, and as something different, I do recommend it.”

“All of the staff were extremely helpful but the member of staff who went above and beyond to help me was called Lauren (she said she’s known as Little Lauren). Went into the store today to look for a standing easel as I have recently had a spine injury which has prevented me from being able to work as I can’t sit and draw. Both of the staff members who helped me were called Lauren, but Little Lauren (as she told us she is known as) spent over an hour helping us choose the easel and showed me exactly how to use it and how it folds up. Not only that, but she also carried the easel out the shop and half way down the street for me as I had to get a relative to come and pick it up in a van. Was quite tricky as the shop isn’t accessible for vans so Lauren really went out of her way to help us. Can’t thank her enough. Made me realise that there are still kind and helpful people about 😊”

“Watched the Reytons at the venue, parking right outside for £7, beautiful old theatre, plenty of bars £5.50 for a can of Red Stripe. Quite cheap compared to some other venues!! Good sound and good view from anywhere, would defo go again.”
