VW39+6V3, Sevagram, Khajuraho, Madhya Pradesh 471606, India

“The architecture, style and beauty of temples in India are celebrated across the world. The extraordinary architecture of these ancient shrines attracts an increasing number of both national and international visitors every year. The origin of temple construction can be traced back to the pre-historic era when the reign of ancient rulers flourished in the country. Building beautiful temples. as we know has a rich heritage of composite culture. It exudes diversity in every nook and corner. It is one of the very few countries in the world that celebrates festivals and worships deities with glory and grandeur. It is only justified for a country that is the center of spirituality in the world to be bejeweled with such beautiful specimens of temple architecture in India.🇮🇳 I LOVE THIS PLACE 🫶🏻”

31, Uttar Marg, Capitol Complex, Sector 1, Chandigarh, 160001, India

“I recently visited the Open Hand Monument in Chandigarh and was in awe of its unique design and symbolism. Designed by the famous architect Le Corbusier, the monument represents the idea of "the hand to give and the hand to take." The hand-shaped structure stands tall and proud, surrounded by a beautiful garden. The monument is not just a piece of art, but also a symbol of unity and peace. The concept behind the design is to create a sense of togetherness among people from different backgrounds and cultures. The monument also serves as a reminder to be generous and compassionate towards one another. The monument is a popular spot for tourists and locals alike, with plenty of benches to sit and take in the surrounding beauty. It's a must-visit destination for anyone interested in art and architecture, as well as those looking for a peaceful and reflective experience. Overall, the Open Hand Monument in Chandigarh is a true masterpiece and a testament to Le Corbusier's visionary design.”

“Diwan-i-Am or the 'Hall of public audience', was the place where Shah Jahan (A.D.1628-58) received the general public and heard their grievances. With a courtyard in the front, it was originally surrounded by arcaded apartments used by chiefs (Umaras) on duty. With an impressive façade of nine engrailed arch openings, the hall was ornamented with gilded stucco work. In the centre of the eastern wall, stands a marble canopy covered by a Bengal roof, under which was placed the Emperor's throne. A marble dais below the throne, inlaid withsemi precious stones, was used by the Wazir (Prime Minister) for receiving petitions. Behind the canopy, the wall is decorated with beautiful panels inlaid with multi-colored stones (pietra dura work), representing flowers and birds, said to have been executed by Austin de Bordeaux, a Florentine jeweller.”
