Gameorama Spielmuseum

( 16 reviews )

Hirschengraben 49, 6003 Luzern, Switzerland

“It was very fun to play with the older consoles. I liked the Car Racing Simulator and "The House of the Dead" the most. I really recommend testing them out, they were much fun. And after you played these old games you can enjoy your drink while playing some real fun board games.”

Château De Vullierens -jardins Des Iris

Les Jardins du Château de Vullierens, 1115 Vullierens, Switzerland

“A real pearl of gardens and sculptures in very calm surroundings. In spring Iris. In the autumn Dahlias. The palace itself is private and cannot be visited.”

Grand Théâtre De Genève

Benson Gascon Tattoo Bern
4.9
( 8 reviews )

Mattenhofstrasse 10, 3007 Bern, Switzerland

“The staff was amazing and their artists are incredible. Ryan was an absolute delight to have work on us, was patient with the design changes and his line work is absolutely stunning. I wish I had more time to get larger pieces done. If you're looking for an amazing tattoo shop in Bern, this is the place. The studio itself felt immaculate and was one of the most professional shops I've visited.”

La Tine De Conflens
4.8
( 8 reviews )

La Tine, 1313 Ferreyres, Switzerland

“An easy, beautiful outing in Switzerland magical nature. There is a little 20 minutes walk from the parking to the bottom of the cascade. About 10 meters elevation, the swimming in the natural pool under the cascade is so nice, but still cold (13C) in the middle of this hot july summer.”

Prangins Castle
4.5
( 8 reviews ) $$

Av. Général Guiguer 3, 1197 Prangins, Switzerland

“Interesting exhibitions in a magnificent 18th century castle. The place is easy to find, the staff is warm and helpful. A memorable tour. Would definitely go back once the garden is in bloom.”

Bourbaki Panorama Lucerne
4.5
( 8 reviews )
Closed until 10:00 AM

Löwenpl. 11, 6004 Luzern, Switzerland

“At first, we are sceptical about this place because it sounds nothing except a panoramic painting to expect for this visit. However, to our surprise, it's a really amazing experience. Pay attention to the story, sound effects, and mesmerise the painting, which makes you feel like you are in that moment when the painting was captured. After that, go down 1 floor and play with the art creation and do the self personality test.”

Housetrap Escape Room
4.8
( 8 reviews )
Closed until 09:00 AM

Rue de Vevey 218, 1630 Bulle, Switzerland

“The decor and staff are really nice. We tried the ‘pharaon’ room. We didn’t quite enjoy the room because it was more based on magic rather than puzzles. We felt that the way we were led to the next steps in the game was mostly by the guidance of the game master and not the clues which we found in the room. I would say this could be a nice experience for a family spending a relaxed adventure together. But if you are looking forward to opening locks with numbers and putting pieces of evidence together, I would not recommend this room to you. Also a bit expensive compared to my previous experiences of escape rooms.”

“Large screen. Sunday not too loud. Great room”

Musée Omega / Omega Museum
4.8
( 8 reviews )

Nicolas G. Hayek Str. 2, 2502 Biel, Switzerland

“I have been a fan of Omega for many years and have several vintage and modern pieces from their catalog. During a recent visit to Switzerland my wife and I drove to the Swatch HQ in Basel where this Omega museum is located. The exhibit covers a large floor space and there are several areas that have exhibits that are dedicated to specific product lines as well as sections that showcase a lot of their history and historic pieces. This is not a guided tour and you are left to wonder around at your own pace. During our visit we were the only people in the entire space until towards the end of our visit when another couple showed up. While the exhibits and the museum as a whole was fairly comprehensive, I felt it was a bit sterile for some reason. I did not feel any of the "romance" considering the history. Not sure why but I simply did not connect with it emotionally like I had expected to. Even though I consider myself a big fan of Omega. This is why I gave 4 stars. I am still glad I was able to visit. They do have a boutique on the premises if you want to purchase a new piece to add to your collection and to commemorate the visit.”

Foundation Swiss Children's Museum
4.7
( 8 reviews )

Ländliweg 7, 5400 Baden, Switzerland

“I believe it is a perfect place to escape on a rainy day. There was a lovely glimpse through the history of toys. It is a beautiful cosy building in the nice location (there is an underground parking) and literally 200m away is the old town. It has five floors but you don’t need the whole day, as it is pretty small and some rooms you can finish in no time. What is nice, is that you can stay at different corners for playing games and testing some toys.”

Houdini Kino/bar
4.5
( 8 reviews )

Badenerstrasse 173, 8003 Zürich, Switzerland

“My favourite cinema in Zurich! And they have also sweet popcorn 🍿 They're always super friendly and the range of drink options is amazing. Love that you can take the drinks with you in the cinema. This is how cinemas should be! Make sure to get one of their fancy cinema cards. …”

Audio Club
4.3
( 16 reviews ) $$

Rue Boissonnas 20, 1227 Acacias, Switzerland

“One of the nicest club so far that I’ve been in Geneva. Compare to the usine or motel campo the atmosphere and the sound system is the best. Had an awesome night the staff was great and the music also. It’s still is quite expensive but same price as the other club mentioned. Would recommend if you would like to go out on a night out in Geneva but would recommend to check the line up for sure!”

Zürich Tram Museum
4.4
( 8 reviews )
Open until 06:00 PM

Forchstrasse 260, 8008 Zürich, Switzerland

“Nice museum with a decent variety of displays and an upstairs section with some miniatures and dioramas. Some placards and descriptions are in English which is good for tourists. The museum is a nice, inexpensive and fascinating visit for anyone interested in trams and railway tech. You can walk through some of the trams, and ring the bells on them which is quite cool. There's some play areas and a small interactive tram for kids. At the time we were there, very few of the upstairs displays were interactive and there were not a lot of placards offering information. It's not a terribly diverse or large museum so it may not be the best stop for tourists only visiting for a day or two, unless you're really interested in Trams specifically. Staff are super nice and seem to be passionate about the museum.”
