“A big storm caught everyone, everyone is soaked through in 14°C and the organizers didn't have the courtesy to let us out and back in for a change of clothes. I understand that normally the ticket allows a one time entry, but these circumstances were special. Very inhumane attitude which could have been solved easily by some basic human kindness and compassion which the organizers seem to completely lack. I would have given the place a much higher rating as otherwise the venue is nice and the concert I was attending was really good, but I can't go by this level of inflexibility from the organizer.”

You can buy ticket straight away at the info desk, near the entrance. For best expirience go to level 4, where palace is located. You will also have a brochure to read about the history of the library. The entrance fee was 1700 forints.”

“This museum is for very small children. I went with a 10 year old and he wanted to get out of there within 5 minutes, he was too embarrassed to be there among toddlers. Plus, it is a very small place, basically one room. You can literally see everything in 5 minutes. It might entertain a toddler who likes to open drawers and crawl into places but not bigger kids, and surely not adults. I think it would be more fair to call it a playroom than a museum.”

We were told we'd get a refund (which they couldn't process as the card readers weren't working either) but we've not had the refund yet. They're not responding to emails or answering the number we were given either. Customer service subpar, I mean why would you say you're going to issue a refund if you're not ...”

It is a must see if you are passing by. Recommend buying tickets in advance because it can be very crowded. The cloakroom is with payment. Highly recommend !”
