“A great museum! It has several areas, such as history, art (old and new) and nature (stuffed animals). It is spacious and very well organized, and it has a modern look. The employees are nice and give you details about the exhibited items, and even struck up casual conversation. The entrance fee is 5€. They also sometimes have a separate exhibition (when I visited they had a ceramics exhibition), and if you want to visit that too the entry is 8€, museum and exhibition incuded. I recommend visiting it!”

“I would give 5☆s if only they had a bit to eat & drink. But the Zola is serious about cinema, w grand annual Festivals (Iberica, British & Irish, Short Films) & passionate discussions. My only reservations are that they don't sollicit the public enough in discussion & that they put up the lights before a film is totally finished, encouraging babble & blocking of the screen prematurely. But even their cashiers are friendly & in the know. An intelligent cinema theatre w tons of literature (previews & reviews) on hand as well as detailed show times & synopses. Bravo, Zola!!”

There is a cosy micro-brewery close by: On a hot day a cold Raspberry Berliner Weiße or a fresh Session IPA can be very much recommended!”
