“Enjoyed this museum a lot. 4 floors within the college campus. We started at the rooftop with all the statues and worked our way down. The paintings are incredible and categorized based on content. There was a special exhibition for Michael Newhall. Those pieces blew me away with the layering of images. Amazing to see the detail in all the pieces from centuries ago comparing to modern day pieces.”

“Went with my daughter. Bought tickets online ahead of time. 5 dollars each on Tuesday, which was nice. You get to pick your seats. Concessions are a bit pricey but it's a movie theater so it makes sense. Theater we were in was smaller but nice and clean. Bathroom stalls some of the doors didn't lock and one door was completely knocked down and needs some repairs. Movie was excellent. Friendly staff all around. Would go back.”

“I am a wedding photographer and have photographed a few weddings at the Madison Museum of Contemporary Art, most recently in September 2023. This is such a stunning venue to work at! The venue is located right on State Street so it’s easy to walk up to the Capitol or along the street for exciting photos. The glass staircase is filled with natural light and becomes an amazing backdrop for photos. The rooftop sculpture garden is a great location for an outdoor ceremony with views of the Capitol and State Street. The venue staff is excellent to work with. There were several options of areas for the wedding party to get ready, to have the reception dinner, and to have cocktail hour. I would definitely recommend booking your wedding ceremony and reception here!”

“Great family owned theater. They keep the place clean and do their best to make sure you have a good experience. If you are ever disappointed or have an issue, just talk to them, and they will do their best to fix it. Obviously it's a movie theater, so I can't call them cheap, but they are the cheapest movie theater I am aware of in at least a 60 mile radius. Food options are adequate, soda, popcorn, candy, personal pizzas, and nachos. Chairs are no dream loungers, but I've sat in much worse.”

“Was given the runaround of a ticket price. I felted liked they played me. I was not demanding a discount. They did even have to give me a discount. I just didn't like being played. Called in advance about ticket price. Was told it was $12.50. Attendant rang me up for $12.50. I then asked about military discount. Attendant told me she already gave me the discount. She gave me the runaround that it was a senior discount she was giving me.. I asked how could it be a senior discount if you never asked how old I was. She told. me she guessed. She made me feel like a problem. I felt intimidated and threatened of being kicked out of the theater. After buying my ticket, l decided to call Marcus cinema. They confirmed the $1250 price I originally told when I called the Brewhouse theater. They confirmed that the regular adult price was 12.50 and the senior or military price was $10.00.”

“This theater is pretty good. I kind of miss the days of it being a Carmike Theater but AMC has done a good job of running the place. The service from the workers has always been good. I have seen quite a few movies here and never had an issue. In fact, the last time we came here we got more popcorn than we paid for so I was super happy. Shoutout to all of the workers at this theater that have delivered quality service over the years.”

“A big bookstore on the west side of the. It's a nicely organized store. They have a wide selection of books labeled and organized by genre. And they also sell cds too. Additionally there are nick nacks and even a few bakery treats for sale near the cashier desk. They sell goods to raise money for charity. It's a wonderful store. The customer service could use a lot of work though. Every time I come in to sell or trade books the cashiers clearly don't want to help and act like you are annoying them. I don't come often because of that.”

“My husband and I experienced a drive-in theater for the first time ever last week and it definitely lived up to the hype! Due to COVID-19, the Chilton Drive-In Theater ensured that every vehicle was 6 feet apart, the restrooms were being cleaned thoroughly and limiting the number of people ordering/picking up food at the concession stand. Despite having to stay in our vehicles the entire time, aside from running to the bathroom or picking up a food order, the evening was great. The movies were clear and the audio on 106.1 was easy to use. We will be back!”
