( 8 reviews )

399 Lexington Rd, Concord, MA 01742, United States

“This was the center of our trip. Everything else was planned around seeing this. Such a great tour and experience. All the ladies were so friendly and knowledgeable. Our guide, was exceptional. I wish I could remember all their names! It was for my daughter’s birthday. It was wonderful. The rest of Concord was gorgeous and full of more history. Definitely recommend!”

Lowell Memorial Auditorium
4.4
( 10 reviews )

50 E Merrimack St, Lowell, MA 01852, United States

“What a great venue. Every seat super. Great acoustics. Nothing too far from stage. Parking across the river is a five minute walk. Good, but not obtrusive security. Can't wait to see another concert here.”

Mount Auburn Cemetery
4.8
( 16 reviews )
Open until 05:00 PM

580 Mt Auburn St, Cambridge, MA 02138, United States

“The most beautiful cemetery I will ever see. The atmosphere is so somber and yet peaceful. We walked an hour and barely covered 40% of the place. The graves are stunning to look at. There’s also so many different kind of flora and birds like eagles and turkeys you don’t see in public places. There’s a tower from where you can see the Boston skyline which closes at 6 pm sadly we missed it. The place closes at 8 pm. There’s no picnicing or pets allowed. It’s a must see in Boston even if cemeteries are not your thing!”

Showcase Superlux Chestnut Hill
4.2
( 8 reviews )

55 Boylston St, Newton, MA 02467, United States

“Biggest ripoff of all time. Segregating 1st and 2nd class citizens so that my $17 seat is in the first row! Nothing special about this theatre and I only went there for the location-never again.”

The Majestic 7, Arsenal Yards
4.4
( 8 reviews )

81 Arsenal Yards Blvd Tenant 100, Watertown, MA 02472, United States

“The best theater I've ever been to. Majestic 7 strikes the perfect balance without the hassle and awkwardness (servers with bright tablets serving meals) of the Superlux theaters. Majestic 7 hits every key mark for a theater: - they are adequately staffed - it is the cleanest theater ive ever been to - the decor and aesthetics are superb - the popcorn is next level - they serve beer - the seats are like fluffy memory foam stuffed fake leather cloud that recline all the way down - fantastic leg room - the biggest (non-imax), brightest and most pin-sharp picture you are ever going to find - crystal clear surround sound with plenty of base always at the correct volume - assigned seating - free parking at aresenal yards I just can't say enough about this theater. It is the future of cinema. They absolutely nailed it... I just hope they can maintain it. Pro Tip: I find that row F is in the sweet spot”

Kresge Auditorium
4.7
( 8 reviews )

48 Massachusetts Ave w16, Cambridge, MA 02139, United States

“Kresge Auditorium reminds me of a wedge of an egg. The interior and exterior are beautiful. The acoustics are clear inside the auditorium. There is a whispering gallery. You can go to one end inside and whisper and a person at the other end of the gallery can hear you distinctly. There is no other building that looks like Kresge. You can sit or lie on the base of the building outside or try to climb it -- you won't get far. One of the great mysteries is the lack of elevators or accessibility for people with physical limitations. The restrooms are in the basement which are around 18 steps and there is a lift for final three stairs, but why not put a lift for the other 15 steps? Basically, for people with issues with steps, you need to climb stairs to get into the Auditorium, you need to walk down stairs for the Little Kresge Theatre, and the most steps are to the restrooms. Eero Saarinen the architect was probably able-bodied and didn't think beyond aesthetics and acoustics.”

Muse Paintbar - Assembly Row
4.7
( 10 reviews )
Closed until 02:30 PM

461 Artisan Way, Somerville, MA 02145, United States

“What a great fun experience! From the minute you walk in the staff was very friendly and welcoming. The asked your name and brought you to your table. Then you can go hang up your coat, put on a smock and then go get food or drinks. You could also order drinks and food right from your table which is super cool. The instructor was fantastic! Very helpful and comes around and gives you tips. The atmosphere was fun and lively the people were super friendly. Everything about it was great! Would definitely definitely go back. The food was good too! We ordered double cheddar pretzel bites and the Mediterranean platter, it was definitely enough food for two people to share, and they brought the food right to our table.”

Robbins Library
4.8
( 8 reviews )
Open until 09:00 PM

700 Massachusetts Ave, Arlington, MA 02476, United States

“Fantastic library with a wonderful selection of everything--books and movies (including a good number of foreign films and books), library of things, puzzles, even art to hang on your wall. The reading rooms are nice, and the children's room (which is a whole floor) is awesome. The staff is what really makes this library shine though. They provide reading recommendations, have put together a large number of themed "book bags" to check out if you wanted to learn a new hobby for example or wanted to check out new releases in graphic novel biographies. The children's librarians also put together custom "grab bags" for kids given an age and interest, which is how we have found many of our favorites.”

American Repertory Theater
4.6
( 16 reviews )

Loeb Drama Center, 64 Brattle St, Cambridge, MA 02138, United States

“I just saw Real Women Have Curves. It is amazing & everyone should go see it! Also, their seats are so much more comfortable than others around the area. For parking, I recommend parking at the University Place Garage because the person at the information desk told me it's $14 or $16 for up to 5 hours. I parked at the Charles Square Garage, and I was charged $31 (original/before validation price was $35). Wish I knew about this earlier, but the theatre unfortunately does not keep up with the garage rates so they didn't have this information.”
