“The most beautiful place in Madrid - if I had to choose one, it would be Las Tetas de Madrid. There is no better place to watch the sunset. Plus, you can choose from 7 hills to watch from. You can see thousands of sunsets here, but each one will be different in some way.”
C/ de Francisco Silvela, 21, Salamanca, 28028 Madrid, Spain
“I'm happy to see this shop still around! I went there in 1997 and the owner was awesome. Was a pleasure to play a game there too with my Necro (Beta-Alliances) deck. I STILL have some cards I bought from the shop in my collection 😊 …”
Pl. de Legazpi, 8, Arganzuela, 28045 Madrid, Spain
“Cineteca hosted part of the International Documentary Festival during my visit. I watched several films that I was pleased with. Cineteca is comprised of several studios inside a sprawling repurpose factory. One of it's spaces is a restaurant with a patio. The set-up is very nice. Cineteca is very accessable by public transportation. Wi-fi is available on the premises and you can order tickets online.”
C. de la Alameda, 15, Centro, 28014 Madrid, Spain
“This is an exposition place. I visited for a Disney one, it was a little short.”
C. de Orfila, 5, Chamberí, 28010 Madrid, Spain
“A fantastic little gallery in the centre of Madrid. Free entry and it's always fairly empty. The staff are friendly and always welcoming. The exhibitions rotate every couple of months and they often have very interesting contemporary artists on show. Last year they even had some Freud and Bacon. The pieces are for sale, so if you have a spare 30-50,000€ in your pocket, you can leave with a painting or two.”
C. de la Almudena, S/N, Centro, 28013 Madrid, Spain
“The museum has a very interesting collection of religious artifacts and did a good job explaining their functions. It’s very informative. Too bad no photos are allowed inside. It also provides a good view of old Madrid and the Royal Palace across the plaza. I came here and climbed the dome by accident, but I don’t regret it at all!”
C. de los Monasterios de Suso y Yuso, 34, Fuencarral-El Pardo, 28049 Madrid, Spain
“Nice selection of french books which I was looking for my daughter”
C. Canarias, 10, 28931 Móstoles, Madrid, Spain
“One of the best libraries in all the area of greater Madrid. Undoubtedly this place has become a fantastic spot for students but also for passionate readers and more”
