199 Museum Way, San Francisco, CA 94114, United States

“A great spot to learn about food waste and its effects on global warming. The Art Studio exhibit was my favorite. Barbara Lim’s work was colorful and intriguing. The “simple pleasures of daily life” are worth capturing on paper.”

Regal Stonestown Galleria
4.6
( 8 reviews )

3251 20th Ave, San Francisco, CA 94132, United States

“September, 2021. I was surprised 😮 that in the RPX theater 🎥, the recliner seats 💺 were not full reclining or stadium seats. The arm rests are still shared with the seats next to you. The prepared foods are smaller than some other theater chains, which was fine. The RPX theater volume was loud! Bring cotton balls. Theater 5 has recliner seats & food trays attached to the seats. February 3, 2022: Theater 4 has full reclining seats 💺 & moveable food trays, like theater 5. Again, I was all alone in the theater 🎥. I loved it. No floating in the air 🦠🦠🦠🦠 😷. The staff are very nice. 4/4/23: The staff were professional & courteous. Theater 🎥 5 had reclining stadium 🏟 seats 💺. 6/20/23: Theater 🎥 #12, next to the men's room, did not have recycling seats, & the sound was very loud. 10/23: Theater 1 has the seats 💺 that violently move in all directions. There's puffs of air, smoke, & moisture that surround you at times. I did not like it at all, & it costs more $ to sit in that theater room.”

The Contemporary Jewish Museum
4.2
( 8 reviews ) $$

736 Mission St, San Francisco, CA 94103, United States

“The Contemporary Jewish Museum is free the first Friday of the Month. I got the tickets online and arrived when it opened at 11am. There were 4 exhibits, one was going to end the next day so I was lucky to be able to see it. The front desk scans you ticket barcode and you can begin to explore. The exhibits are very interesting and some even made me emotional. They are engaging and they make you ask yourself certain questions. The photography exhibit was very personal, we got a glimpse inside the artist’s life. The exhibits are not big, but the creative space and art are mentally and emotionally engaging. If you are free the first Friday of the month, I recommend you come with the free ticket.”
