“first of all, bought horrible yarn for double the price it should have been. second of all, wouldn’t let me return it using my apple pay card (literally didn’t have the scanner on the machine at returns despite 6 fully automated self checkout machines that encourage apple pay) and so duh they couldn’t find my card. ended up getting half of the yarns price in store credit. i just wanted the money back in my bank account. also the clerk couldn’t scan my ID and asked if it was real. girl. why would i get a fake to return horrible yarn”

“Fantastic art store. They have materials for all sorts of arts and crafts. Pens, markers, paints, brushes, plates, papers, canvasses, metal thread (for jewelry making), beads, alcohol inks, press printing, etc... also easels. They have a small book section for ideas and inspiration. They have crafts for kids, as well as real artist level materials. They have adorable gifts, stickers, games, and fidget toys. So it's also a good shop when looking for presents for some people. You can sign up there for a free store account for a discount, but you need to give them a phone number and email.”

“I visited this nursery for the first time yesterday and I was overwhelmed! So many variety of plants and flowers wonderfully set beneath big and gracefully aged oak trees! They had a very big selection of pottery and garden sculpture. This is heaven for garden lovers! They had a beautiful indoor shop too! Will definitely go back and spend more time in this paradise.”

“I haven’t been here in decades. Thought it would be a fun company offsite. Staff are helpful, yet they don’t check in much with you, just let you do your thing. Which is kinda nice if you know what you’re doing! We had a table close to the fridge and counter top so I was able to set up snacks and drinks for my team. We had a blast!! I highly recommend visiting this location. Ample room for large parties and masks are optional!”

“I recently placed an order through this company, only to find out after the fact that shipment of an order can take up to 6 months.. The problem isn't that it takes so long, but rather when I called and found out about the 6mo. turnaround, I asked that my order be canceled. The lady whom I was speaking with then told me my order cannot be canceled because I checked a box in the checkout process. Really? It hasn't even been a few hours since I placed my order.. Apparently there were terms and conditions which stated that orders might take an extremely long time, but I'll admit I didn't see it.. and apparently I'm not the only one after reading these other reviews. Maybe it would be a good idea to make the delivery time more obvious, and not buried in a terms and conditions agreement during checkout. And to not let a customer cancel an order only a few hours after placing it, which may take months for your company to process, for a reason that many other people are apparently also complaining about, is anything but professional. I won't be ordering from your company or recommending it to anyone. Good luck with your business model.”
