“It used to be my favorite store but now this has changed... all the new self checkout stations and only two for human cashiers, nobody to attend them, and the lady that was on the floor made me feel like I was a burden for not wanting to use the self checkout. What is happening to humanity?? Are the store managers forgetting that it is the people who made a business successful? On top of this no longer public washrooms!!!! With the amount of time and money I spend at this store on almost monthly basis, I would like to be able to use a washroom when I need it.”

“If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Terrible customer service. If you don't know exactly what you're looking for don't come to this location because they will be demeaning. I believe it was one of the managers, but she gave me dirty looks every time I asked a question. Not to mention, I never even asked for her advice in the first place. She came up and just started being rude. Started talking about different beading terms that I knew nothing about as a beginner. Then had the nerve to say they offered classes as if I would take one from them after that. I tried to keep things friendly, but I am still very angry about this experience, and she should be fired. Judging by the other "good reviews" She has done this to others. They just did not say anything.”

When the store is busy, patience, which grandparents have in abundance, is helpful. Besides how often do you get one on one with your grandchildren?”
