“Brilliant place. Very friendly staff and the lobby is just perfect with the wooden samurai style design! The escape rooms were also well maintained with challenging tasks.”

Ecke Pestalozzistrasse am Savigny-Platzz, Bleibtreustraße 1, 10623 Berlin, Germany

“This is an institution in the Berlin jazz scene. Since 1992, the best international jazz artists have performed here. Small place, so make sure to reserve seats. Staff is friendly and the drinks are of high quality.”

Delphi-filmpalast Am Zoo Kino

Kantstraße 12A, 10623 Berlin, Germany

“The cinema itself looks grandiose and fancy! You get that feeling of going back in time a little. We sat in row 19 but I would say even though it was quite far from the screen, I could still see everything well. Still, I subtract two point for two very important things: popcorn and ventilation. There is no popcorn :( I understand the place is fancy but it just doesn't feel the same seeing a movie with an overpriced bag of nuts instead of a bag of good old popcorn. Second, the ventilation! The venue was quite packed on a chilly evening and there was no air to breathe during the movie. Imagine 700 people in a room with no/poor ventilation. It was really difficult to breathe and extremely hot. This made it hard to enjoy the movie fully. I cannot imagine how it gets when it's actually warm outside.”

Helmut Newton Foundation

Closed until 11:00 AM

Im Museum für Fotografie, Jebensstraße 2, 10623 Berlin, Germany

“Not everyone’s cup of tea. But Helmut Newton was a great photographer, with a style that was unmatched in its day. The exhibition displays his best known works, as well as older family photos and possessions. His wife’s work is also part of the overall exhibition. Which is an interesting addition. If you have an interest in photography. I’d say it’s well worth visiting.”

Gemäldegalerie, Matthäikirchplatz, 10785 Berlin, Germany

“I would give the exhibition I visited 5 stars ( grosses kino) but I only give the venue 2 stars because of the poor customer service from the ticket desk staff, I was kept waiting for an unacceptable time as two staff members chatted with the person in front of me ( the person wasn't buying tickets) another member of staff then joined into the conversation but eventually must have decided I wanted to buy a ticket ( cost €10). His colleague couldn't have been less welcoming or helpful, took my money with minimal interaction and neither offered the audio guide which came as part of the admission price or had the courtesy to direct me to the exhibition gallery”

Kino Intimes

Boxhagener Str. 107, 10245 Berlin, Germany

“Good and affordable movie theater. Cosy cinema room and nice staff and environment. Also they always have English versions (OMEU or OMDU), even for the anime movies! If I may criticize something, it is only the fact they won't accept credit cards. All the rest I love about this place!”
