She gave us all the rules and turned us loose in The North Pole Meltdown room to rack our brains to find the Nice List, cause Burt the Elf had been naughty and removed our names from the book! With just a little help from the ever-watchful Ella, we successfully found the Nice List before Santa returned. Thanks for a fun night! We'll be back for another room soon! :)”

“Very cool tribute. Several granite monuments with stories and pics etched into them about the band and about the crash. It has some woods that run behind the site that looks like it leads to some really nice trails but it is fenced off and has no trespassing signs. There is a cool box that has a lid you lift and inside has a book and pens for people to sign in with there name, where they are from and phone # or email. There were 2 pop up canopies at the location with one having a fan and chairs under it and looked like maybe events might take place there.”

“Everything here is held together with duct tape, and that's hardly an exaggeration. I even told my daughter to be careful on a ladder in the foam pit, it may be held together with duct tape. She said "oh it is! Everything here is!" What is not covered in duct tape is dirty, dusty, or broken. Employees all looked disheveled/unprofessional. Short shorts you couldn't see under their shirt, mismatched socks & sandals, etc. Most spent the 2 hrs we were here behind the counter eating and playing on their phones. Altitude is the same price and not totally falling apart. Besides looking bad, I honestly worry for safety on most of this stuff.”
