“This theater is nice, it's small but that's what makes it so good it's not crowded. I saw two movies here already and I'm going to see a third and fourth. The concessions stand is high priced though, but; it's the movies.”

“So easy to miss this gem. In the middle of the busy Washington DC areas and roads there lies a garden so peaceful and with serenity that brings you to another level of tranquility. Great lay out with benches for resting. Two museum are within the garden itself. Franked by the castles. A lovely place that you cannot miss. A must go.”

National Law Enforcement Museum

“Another great museum in Washington DC. Although it is important to know that unlike most museums in DC it is not free. An adult ticket costs $22.00 per adult. Parking is behind the museum with metered spots along the street. Inside the museum there is a small room with tables and vending machines. You can buy snacks from the machines or bring your own packed lunch. The exhibits are unique and diverse. We enjoyed everyone of them. Many are interactive. You come away from this museum with a complete understanding and appreciation of the history of law enforcement in the United States. We spent well over three hours visiting and could’ve spent at least and hour more. They have a good size gift shop with something for everyone. We will definitely return.”

“Didn't get to the cathedral as it was available from 10am so went to the garden and what a gem. So peaceful, full of variety of plants and flowers. They also have a historical herb garden that people would grow back in medieval ages, together with what they used it for. Old trees are hanging over the garden. There is a water source and plenty of benches to sit down and relax. It is a great place for photo shoots with diverse backgrounds. Overall you feel like you're in some place in England.”

“Invited by a member for dinner. A really nice old school club in the heart of DC. Many lovely old rooms to explore that were furnished in a décor that harks back to a bygone era. Very good food and service in the restaurant, there were at least two separate bars too. Overall impressed with the experience. Loved the library! Worth a visit if you're able to.”

“We love tiki bars, and came here on a friends recommendation. I’m so glad we took the time to head here. The drinks are so good and the happy hour specials include a lot of classics. I really enjoyed the pina coladas and the Captain Cody. The food was also VERY good but do know it’s about appetizer size. Our server was also really nice and attentive to our large party.”

“I had the pleasure of visiting the Martin Luther King Jr. memorial library and was thoroughly impressed with the quality of the facility and service offered. The building itself is stunning, with its modern architecture and ample natural light. The interior is spacious, clean, and well-organized, making it easy to find whatever you need. The library's collection of books, audiobooks, and movies is extensive. In addition to the traditional library offerings, there were plenty of areas for studying, working, or just relaxing with a good book. The technology available was top-notch, with computers, and printing services. Overall, the Martin Luther King Jr. memorial library is a true gem in the heart of Washington D.C. I highly recommend visiting and taking advantage of all it has to offer.”

“Quick summary: go for the Rooftop. My office held our holiday outing here on a Thursday evening. We were able to find street parking since it was after 630pm. As we waited for the whole group, we went by the fireplace to play big Jenga. They had other games to pass the time with also. Once everyone arrived and we signed our waivers, Kevin was our instructor and took good care of us. We started at throw 12 and saw behind us the glow option and asked to switch lanes. They were more than accommodating on that night, which I know was because the traffic of people was manageable. Food wise enjoyed the Mac and cheese bites and tacos. There were also wings, chicken nachos, and pig in a blanket we ordered as shareables. Time went quickly since we only had an hour with 8 people. We sat in the den to talk about our year and upcoming holiday plans. We were wrapping up, and I wanted to see the upstairs area. SHOULD'VE STARTED AT THROW SOCIAL. As soon as the elevator hit the second floor, I could hear one of my favorite songs through the elevator door. I was on the dance floor in under a minute and stayed on there for 20 minutes straight. The ladies on my team said we'll make this a ladies' night out stop for sure.”
