Top 5 Arts & Entertainment in Denver

Landmark's Mayan Theatre
4.7
( 8 reviews )

110 N Broadway, Denver, CO 80203, United States

“First time at the Mayan Theatre and boy was it the beginning! Saw Poor Things and got popcorn and a Moscow Mule at the bar. The theatre staff were very knowledgeable about the showings and the facility was neat and it’s beautiful inside and out! Movie quality was great. Will be returning soon!”

Clyfford Still Museum
4.7
( 8 reviews )
Closed until 10:00 AM

1250 Bannock St, Denver, CO 80204, United States

“Pretty small museum and not that interesting, I was done in about an hour. All the art is somewhat similar and I guess this genre isn't really for me. Kirkland across the street is way more interesting”

Trve Brewing Company
4.6
( 8 reviews )
Closed until 11:00 AM

227 Broadway #101, Denver, CO 80203, United States

“Had the pleasure (or should I say, the angsty delight?) of dining at the most unique chicken and waffle bar I've ever encountered. This place is like stepping into a modern gothic establishment, nice dark and broody atmosphere. The staff, while likely nursing some epic hangovers and sporting perpetually disheveled hair, are probably friendly beneath their tough exteriors and you're not there early. Their snarky comments and eye-rolls only added to the charm of the place. But let's talk about the real star of the show – the food. The chicken was super spicy, like it had a chip on its shoulder, and the waffles were fluffy, crispy, and simply divine. It was like a flavor battle in my mouth, and I couldn't get enough of it. So, if you're in the mood for some deliciously rebellious chicken and waffles and don't mind the angsty metal vibes, this place is an absolute must-try. It's a gastronomic adventure that will leave your taste buds screaming for an encore!”

Landmark's Esquire Theatre
4.5
( 8 reviews )

590 N Downing St, Denver, CO 80218, United States

“I have always loved the Esquire and have come here many times. They show great rerun features and cult films that keep me coming back, not to mention that they serve alcohol! But I wanted to leave a review saying how kind and helpful the staff are. I was here tonight and a friend of mine ram into some health issues because of a new medication. The staff was helpful and kind. They gave us vouchers to return since we missed most of our movie and offered her snacks and ibuprofen to help her feel better. Esquire Staff you’re the best!”

Denver Firefighters Museum
4.6
( 16 reviews )
Closed until 10:00 AM

1326 Tremont Pl, Denver, CO 80204, United States

“Although I’m not a kid, I had a lot of fun here. Hop up in the big red Mack truck and spin the wheel and you’ll get why this place is a delight. There’s a lot to read—consider it a buffet and take home at least one new piece of knowledge. For me, it was learning about the fireman’s pole and safety nets. Loved walking around the original fire house and seeing the lockers upstairs and all the trucks and equipment downstairs. Thanks for a fun visit!”

Tribe Tattoo
4.7
( 8 reviews )
Closed until 12:00 PM

698 Santa Fe Dr, Denver, CO 80204, United States

“Genevieve at Tribe tattoo is so incredibly talented. I’ve gone to her for multiple tattoos (butterfly, chili pepper, cherries, and some flowy line work) and she always brings my vision to life in the most creative way! I highly recommend going to her for any of your fine line needs. Trust the process — you won’t regret it.”

Landmark's Chez Artiste Theatre
4.6
( 8 reviews )

4150 E Amherst Ave, Denver, CO 80222, United States

“Went to see the Holdovers. Me and my girlfriend thought it was a very cool place! The popcorn is good. The staff are pleasant. The whole place gives off a warm and welcoming vibe. We could tell that a lot of the clientele are regulars, which is testimony to how great the experience is. Would 100% recommend you try out this hidden gem.”

Grandma's House
4.6
( 8 reviews )
Open until 11:00 PM

1710 S Broadway, Denver, CO 80210, United States

“Great spot to hang out and grab a beer They have lots of events and great ways to meet people including seating classes, cross stitch nights bingo retro games and boards games everyday. One of the best bars in town. It's good to see how they've grown over the last several years. They even bought out the building next door to expand their seating and usually food trucks are there for easy access to food. Highly recommend you stop by. Gets busy in the evening for sure”

The Denver Folklore Center
4.8
( 8 reviews )
Closed until 10:00 AM

1893 S Pearl St, Denver, CO 80210, United States

“The Denver Folklore Center is a Denver institution. I've bought a couple of instruments from them over the years including most recently an Eastman MD615 mandolin. I appreciate the opportunity to actually be able to try out an instrument in person, and it is always gratifying to be able to support a local shop. On this particular purchase I got to try out two different MD615's and select the one more to my liking (even though both played great). The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful, and the prices are consistent with online pricing. Why shop online with all the benefits to yourself and the community from shopping local?”

Escapology
4.6
( 16 reviews )
Closed until 11:30 AM

2220 California St, Denver, CO 80205, United States

“This place is super cool!! Full bar and restaurant with some really neat escape rooms of all different difficulties. Great for older kids and would be even better for an adult date night or group of friends. Super cool environment and really friendly staff!”
