“The atmosphere in this venue is nothing compared to when it was Bazinga. They don't take large mixed groups in the laser tag and have to sit until your group is called, group only 7 people but would have been better joining another group. They no longer provide food platters. Since the last time here, it just not the same exciting venue We will definitely not be returning.”

“Went to book two tickets online but when it showed the price as $50 for two I decided against it. How many others do that I wonder. Too damn expensive for me. Much better to fill the cinema at half that price than run a movie for a few. I’ll wait till I get home to my Reading cinema thanks ! That would be no star rating if I could remove it.”

“Absolutely ridiculous way to operate this business. Spent the day in Toowoomba finding things to do and found this place on google. Went to the street location to find a locked door with nothing but a direction to book online written on the door. Went online to try book the next session which was 40min later.. but no answer after multiple attempts to call. No person to communicate with, just a locked door. Not everyone wants to book online with hours of notice to give when out and about exploring the town. Makes you wonder how many paying customers have come to the location and walked away because of this.”
