4.7
( 8 reviews )
Closed until 10:00 AM

4141 Fifth Ave 3rd Floor, Pittsburgh, PA 15213, United States

“Thanks to the museum for hosting my Navy retirement ceremony on April 7, 2023. To say that Angela Tomlin and her staff helped make the event a success is an understatement! The entire museum’s hospitality was incredible. Any/everything we asked of them was handled almost instantly, and Angela and her team were a TREASURE to work with! Everyone in attendance were astounded by the 3rd floor ballroom, and I’m still beyond humbled for the privilege.”

August Wilson African American Cultural Center
4.7
( 16 reviews )
Closed until 12:00 PM

980 Liberty Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15222, United States

“The facility was great, I learned a few new facts about August Wilson in regards to the great plays he wrote and produced. The center also helps connect with the American black history experience.”

The Clemente Museum
4.9
( 16 reviews )

3339 Penn Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15201, United States

“Amazing experience! I expected to see a sports exhibit on Roberto Clemente but this museum is so much more. Our tour guide Patrick was exceptional at storytelling & showcasing Roberto’s life and humanitarian efforts. At the end of the tour, we had the opportunity to make purchased on clothing and wine. The basement actually hosts a wine tasting room, perfect for renting out for events. We definitely want to go back since there is so much to soak up!”

Liberty Magic
4.9
( 8 reviews )

811 Liberty Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15222, United States

“I think this is my favorite venue in the city of Pittsburgh. It's seats at max 70 people. Seeing magician in this intimate space is amazing. I don't know any other place like this space. In the winter they do jazz Tuesdays. Every family should go and see Mr. Messado:s School of Magic. Very inspiring! Again, this is a very intimate place. I absolutely love it!!”

Arcade Comedy Theater
4.7
( 16 reviews )

943 Liberty Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15222, United States

“The theater is small but fantastic, the staff is absolutely lovely, and the Knights of the Arcade are hilarious! We discovered them by accident 8 years ago and have been in attendance for as many shows as possible ever since. When shows went online during the height of the pandemic, we didn't miss a single Knights stream - it was our quarantine date night and (I believe) what kept me sane in the midst of the madness. I've come across cast members in public a few times and found myself star struck, quietly fangirling alone in corners and internally squeeing. I cannot recommend the Knights - or Arcade - enough!”

Duquesne Incline
4.4
( 16 reviews )

1197 W Carson St, Pittsburgh, PA 15219, United States

“Neat and inexpensive thing to do when in Pittsburgh. Great views of downtown from the top and a little museum with lots of newspaper clippings of the car throughout history. You can take a self-guided tour of the workings of the cables - quite fascinating! Very interesting to learn that this car was opened in 1877 as a way for the workers who lived at the top of the hill to get to the steel mills and factories along the river. A round-trip ride costs just $5 but they do require you to have exact cash to pay, I don’t think they accept card.”

Heinz Memorial Chapel
4.9
( 8 reviews )

S Bellefield Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15213, United States

“We had our wedding ceremony at Heinz Chapel and it is truly a magical place! The chapel speaks for itself on how beautiful it is... the stained glass windows and tall ceilings really give you chills! The whole team there is so organized, I know you have to book so far in advance (we booked almost 2 years in advance) but it is so worth it! We had Sharon as our wedding coordinator for the day of and you could tell she truly cared about making your wedding perfect! She set up a zoom call a few weeks before to make sure she knew exactly what we wanted and to go through all the details and was super organized and so friendly the night of the rehearsal. The day of the wedding was just beautiful - my husband and I took a minute during the ceremony to just soak in everything around us. If you are considering having your ceremony at Heinz Chapel I would definitely recommend!”

City Theatre Company
4.8
( 10 reviews )

1300 Bingham St, Pittsburgh, PA 15203, United States

“They did an awesome job at putting this experience together! This was everything my best friend and I didn't know we needed. So much so that my bestie said she could picture me being part of the show! These guys hands down killed it; in the best, funniest, spookiest, and tastiest way possible!!”

Bayernhof Museum
4.9
( 10 reviews )

“A unique and hidden gem in Pittsburgh. Had a delightful time learning about this interesting man's life and rare collection. Get your tickets in advance! Tours are limited, so plan ahead.”
