“This is a brand new arena and we were very disappointed by the long slow queues to get inside, everything's cold and clinical concrete with no warmth of atmosphere, uncomfortable seating with no leg room. In fact we were so uncomfortable we left before the end of the show and unless it has a serious makeover we won't be going back. Very disappointed and can't recommend it !”

“If you are looking for a nice immersive experience, look no further: the escape game puzzle in Narbonne is for you! As soon as you arrive, you will be welcomed into an original space. The speaker will take great care of you, and will give you clear instructions to start your adventure. The scenario of The Alchemist is well put together, with selected puzzles that will make you work your brain. You will have to think for a good hour to get out of it. Our group was made up of teenagers aged 12 to 23. Ideal with family or friends. In conclusion, I highly recommend this experience. You won't have time to get bored, and you will come away with bright eyes and a head full of memories. So see you soon for the next theme, and above all: don't forget to bring your sense of humor, it can be useful 😉!”

“Music of course superb, young women in the pink shirts tireless in bringing much needed water and helpful advice. But the exit at the end was a disaster,and even felt dangerous. Only two exits were open as crowds pushed forward. A surely guard prevented access to a third, marked clearly 'Sortie ', claiming it was only for staff though none used it. I would hate to be trapped here in a true emergency situation”

“The price is too high for the service offered. Severely lacking in atmosphere and suspense. No sound, no play of light. The settings are not realistic and most of them are of little use in the investigation. Solving the puzzle comes down to opening a succession of padlocks. The theme outfits have an unpleasant smell. A bit childish game.”
