Top 5 Arts & Entertainment in Brooklyn

Theatre Xiv By Company Xiv
4.9

383 Troutman St, Brooklyn, NY 11237, United States

“The Seven Sins is a remarkable show put together by highly talented performers. The show is a combination of burlesque and circus portraying love, lust, envy, greed, etc. The theatre is small so technically no bad seats but we sat first row - no tall people to block my view. It's cute that the burlesque performers seat you and pour your drinks! This was a perfect escape for us and unique date night experience. Highly recommend it for those looking for something new to do!”

40 Bogart St, Brooklyn, NY 11206, United States

“Easily one of my favorite spots in the neighborhood. Not just for a movie, but for drinks and an easy dinner. I'll pop in without even seeing a movie all the time. Tons of seating, an awesome, warm art deco aesthetic, and a great menu. I can't recommend Syndicated enough. They also have fantastic movie trivia every other Thursday. Check out their Instagram for more details.”

The Cyclone Roller Coaster Coney Island Ny
4.6
( 8 reviews )

801 Riegelmann Boardwalk, NY 11224, United States

“Nearly 100 year old iconic American roller coaster that is as thrilling as any modern ride today. Definitely has that classic wooden coaster feel, so expect a bumpy ride. Lots of hang time at every drop. The carts look cool and old school, and are adequate comfort. This is an old ride! Enjoy the experience and time machine back to 1927.”

Pete's Candy Store

Closed until 03:00 AM

709 Lorimer St, Brooklyn, NY 11211, United States

“Was here twice, once for comedy and recently for live music. The bar and venue is intimate and welcoming. There's a nice variety of affordable drinks and the bartender was attentive even when busy. I had a Kirin Ichiban on draft and a Hot Toddy. Both hit the spot 😋 The live music was nice too! The comedy wasn't all great but there were two comedians that made it worthwhile. Great place for a date or meeting friends. Will definitely be back!”

The Tiny Cupboard Comedy Club

Closed until 05:30 AM

10 Cooper St, Brooklyn, NY 11207, United States

“We heard about this comedy club from someone who has been here before. As we're from the Netherlands, Europe, we love to experience this real American standup comedy. Not too fancy, not the touristy stuff, just (kind of) local. We had many good laughs. Keep on going Bo! And cherish the relaxed local Brooklyn vibe 🩷 …”

“I had the best time attending the leather tote bag workshop. The teachers were knowledgeable and super friendly. Each step was demonstrated and the teacher was willing to go over the steps if needed. My bag came out great and I would definitely return to Craftsman Ave to take another workshop.”

“Cool venue. Good atmosphere. Intimate 250-person stage. Back patio for bumming cigarettes after the show. The venue also turned into a dance party after the ticketed performance which looked pretty good in it's own right.”

25 Bogart St, Brooklyn, NY 11206, United States

“A hidden gem in east Williamsburg, a Persian fusion restaurant, nice cocktail options, and tasty dishes. We have bread and salad as a starter, the bread is creamy and a little sweet, paired with the sour/acidic salad. Then, crunch a potato with dark sauce. Had octopus and need kabob. Both of them are good, these have some layers of flavor, completely bringing the street food stereotype to a higher level. The ice sandwich is a rose-based with pistachio, impressive flavor but still creamy. Will visit this place again!”

Coney Island Brewery
4.6
( 8 reviews )

1904 Surf Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11224, United States

“Nice little brewery here with a good selection of beers and a good menu. I got the Coney Island Dogs. The bun was different tha your regular hot dog bun but it was good more like a loaf of bread but it seems pretty fresh. I would recommend. The smash burgers looked good to but this was my first time having a Coney Island dog. The Merman IPA was a really good beer highly recommended it’s also on their special”
