Food arrived piping hot and the dishes were full of flavour and fabulous. Not only that but I ordered 2 mains, 1 rice and 1 nan but was also given poppadoms with sauces, 4 side dishes and an extra nan for no charge. A veritable banquet of tasty food. Without a doubt, this is the best Indian in the region by miles. Friends came up from London to visit last time and were blown away by how good the food was...unbeatable!!”

“Hubby and I had lunch as my birthday treat before we left on a weeks break to Somerset. We were still able to dine outside as the weather was kind and the outside area is completely protected against any prevailing chill or wind. Beautifully decorated outside with fresh and faux flowers transported us to a secluded place in India. The staff are patient and considerate, not wanting to rush us as we sat open mouthed at all the tempting dishes on the menu. We chose to have a selection of street food which were cooked and presented beautifully. Every mouthful was savoured as we ate with our eyes too. Stunning colours and flavours led us into the next round where we both chose signature curry’s with rice. We were full before we even started on that course. I didn’t think I could eat another thing until I was presented with a chocolate brownie, decorated with edible flowers and ‘Happy Birthday’ piped in chocolate on the plate. They kindly gave me another glass of pink bubbles to wash it down with. Excellent service with smiles throughout the service. Reasonable prices make this more affordable to visit more often. Will definitely be back soon.”

They have 80odd menu items, always a bad sign, there's no way everything can be made fresh. My starter soup contained rubbery, from frozen squid. Unpleasant.”

“Having driven past so many times decided to just pop in at the busiest time possible 7pm on a Friday no booking. The staff were amazing, and didn’t make us feel unwelcome and asked if it was ok to wait 30 minutes. Drinks were served and we were able to look at the amazing Christmas decorations which were really really special. The menu is incredible, choice is huge the poor chefs!!! We were shown to our table promptly and the whole restaurant atmosphere because of the amazing staff was homely. “Restaurant was buzzing! But i guess its a good sign! We had an amazing experience at this restaurant. Food was really good, had pad thai, penang curry and cashew nut chicken. The only downside was, my family ordered rum and whiskey coconut icecream, but only coconut ice cream arrived. Then was told that rum and whiskey weren’t available. That should’ve been told earlier when we ordered it, as it was the reason why we got it at the first place! Other than dessert, this restaurant didn’t disappoint.”

The seating space is narrow and small, tables are close to each other. No A/C, so a bit hot when we first came in the evening, but it was better later. However, the wait for food was a bit too long during dinner time. We went on Tuesday, probably because the restaurant was packed during that time, or it just always that slow. Faster would be great.”

“Small, authentic Korean eatery. Came on Saturday but the queue was very long I had to abandon but came again Wednesday lunch and no queue. Very small inside with roughly 15 seats on communal tables. I’m also impressed with how clean it is and how attentive the staff are. I ordered the vegetable bibimbap (simple, delicious) and the vegetable pancake (yummy). Very good prices. Will be back to try the other items!”

“The best tasting menu I've ever had. We tried to pick a favourite course but we just couldn't as they were all great. The cherry on top is that this place is dog friendly so we were able to enjoy my husband's birthday meal with our dog. The owner even brought out a spare dog bed for our dog to use whilst we ate.”
