Better not to arrive too hungry, you get one bite of food every 8 minutes on average (we had 22 items in just over 3 hours). - In fact, the people sitting next to us mentioned they were here for the experience but were planning to get another dinner afterwards! Dishes ranged from interesting to delicious to just OK. Not fish forward, but the sauces were all complex and every dish had a wide variety of textures. I sometimes found myself wishing i could try the main ingredients without all the distractions, but I think the complex sauces are their specialty.”

“The food is great with reasonable portions and prices. However, the holiday drinks were a letdown. We ordered two holiday drinks and found them excessively sweet. Even after waiting for the ice to melt half, they were still too sweet. Could be the syrup or it is meant to be that sweet. My friend, a regular visitor, felt the same about her drink. When we informed our server about the issue, no solution was offered, such as replacing or returning the drinks. Disappointingly, we were still charged for them. To be fair, the other drink we ordered from the regular menu tasted better.”

“I got the salt and pepper calamari appetizer. To make it be enough food, I ordered 2 of them with an order of rice. Now this is a different take than what I’m used to on salt and paper calamari; the vegetables and calamari pieces were bigger and very flavorful. I think I like this take on it. I recommend it!”

“Listen, do you want delicious and healthy food with great service at a great price? We have been coming to this Fuji restaurant forever. We love it. During one of our dinners, I timed it: 20 minutes from when we sat down until we left. Talk about efficient! My favorite part is that you don’t have to dislocate your jaw to get one of their sushi rolls in your mouth because their size is great. I don’t like big pieces of sushi rolls. Two people, one glass of wine each, 3 rolls of sushi, sake sashimi (salmon) and salad and tip:~$65 total. It is managed separately from the Fuji in Quincy Center and Ink Block (those are fancy and more expensive.)”

I’ve ordered here a few times and I’d say that the above choice is what I’m willing to spend my money on. I like to think that I appreciate hainese style ginger chicken but I’m not willing to pay the same price for either or, or both. I remember being really disappointed with my mango sticky rice so I’m docking it a star, but I don’t remember exactly why. Thai tea tastes great. Overall would recommend if you’re in the area. I think it’s well priced compared to the adjacent restaurants. So definitely check it out!”

Going for the half and half split cauldron is a great way to have a flavorful broth for cooking, and a mild broth for souping. For two, a bit on the pricier side; meal would scale well for a larger party. There is certainly an "experience" aspect to what one pays for, so I'm sure it would be more fun for larger parties. The atmosphere was pleasant, not too loud, not too humid; great for a cold December evening.”

I ordered the combination egg roll, chicken wing and ribs $17 and no rice? Highway robbery. Two egg rolls, two wings and dried ribs? I also ordered beef lo mein which was bland. Later I Ordered from New Dragon Chef in Waltham. Less stars but I tried them and the food was good! and I saved money while getting rice just like everywhere else gives it ....at least make your food worth the arm your gonna charge rice valley! who doesn't give rice like their name says-haha. They charged extra for vegetable fried rice and failed to communicate it. The lady apologized and offered a free beverage for the miscommunication, and when I picked out the beverage, she changed it to water. What is the big deal with the Gatorade that I picked out ($1 more)? Sometimes you have to take a loss to get a gain. What was the purpose of the apology? The place could be cleaner and I’m unclear why people are not able to dine-in, and menus are all over the place with wrong prices. Based on my last experience, they can use some training in customer service and cleanliness. #betterserviceplease”

Bad news: The location is sorta convenient being that I drive far for long periods of time . I was really hungry. Ordered a lobster sauce with shrimp the shrimp was rubbery the lobster sauce was watery and has peas and carrots - WHY I’VE NEVAA - and the spring roll was extremely greasy. The pork fried rice was also a - NEVA - red onions and white ? With pork fat and a weird flavor . This place needs a rescue chef asap uggh , I was so hungry I couldn’t even finish eating and I’m fasting for a week after this I just caaaaaaant.”
