“I've been here so many times! Amazing soup curry. It tastes great, the chicken and the vegetables are very soft. It has bigger portions than other soup curry places that I know. And the soup is from chicken broth -- where others use pork. Also I heard that the owner's been to Indonesia several times so the place has a very calm Indonesian-Bali vibes. Feels like home!”

As time has passed, the previous owner who was shaking the pot in the back of the kitchen is no longer seen, and now the gray-haired second owner is the only one to handle the pot... the price has changed, the menu has decreased, but the business hours have been shortened. However, the customer service lady may have become a little rounder, but the taste remains the same. I'm no longer confident about the large serving of rice that I always ordered, but as long as I can eat the C set meal, I will continue to go there forever. Horai is definitely the best Chinese restaurant in Hokkaido.”
