“Our visit to this restaurant didn't start well when we found something really unhygienic on our toddler's spoon (see photo). But I'll try to ignore that for the rest of this review. The atmosphere is good and the dining area was very clean and new looking. This place seems very popular too. Personally, I don't understand why. The menu has more variety but food wasn't better compared to similar restaurants in the area and it is way more expensive. The serving staff mean well and were super friendly to our little one. However, they do need more training. Our server is determined to deliver the food to one side of the table while not understanding why there's no space on that side of the table! Asking us if everything is ok and immediately chatting to another staff member before we reply creates a certain irony. There was a huge array of Bonchan discuss, yet this was spoiled because we had suspicions regarding the freshness of 2 of the dishes. Our entrée orders were simple. They were delivered promptly and tasted good. Overall, I believe this place maybe deserves another chance, but I'll be exploring other places before that happens.”

“Binchoyaki meaning (charcoal grill) is a modern Japanese style focused on small plates. They have a skewer menu, main dish & special menu to choose from. All which is very delish! We loved all the items we ordered. A reservation is a must as there isn't a lot of tables. But there is outdoor dining. We went when the weather was blazing hot 🔥 🥵 and they did not provide air-conditioning. Therefore, it was kinda unbearable to enjoy dinner.”

“Saw this place on Google map as I typed in "food near me". It caught my attention. A little difficult to find. Let me tell you, this was the best Chinese food that I have had in years. The food was excellent. The service was excellent. The atmosphere had alot of need. Staff was very very nice and friendly. We had leftovers enough for a large dinner. I will definitely return when I get back in the neighborhood.”

“Must try for yourself. Sacramento has its share of Asian restaurants, I'd like to believe I've tried many of them. Although I have eaten here at Jade many years ago after returning for lunch with a family member, I must have gotten how delicious the food is. Now the portions prices are very generous. My tastes buds say triple D's for Jade Fountain Cafe Definitely Definitely Delicious 😋”

“We visited the restaurant couple months ago on the weekend and the belt started at noon. However, the sushi belt is now on for dinner only. The service was friendly and good. - california sushi: good - my kid liked it & devoured it. The filling (imitation crab) & avocado were lots and the rice layer was in good portion. - popcorn chicken bento: the chicken pieces were crispy, juicy & flavorful. The portion was quite generous. The salad was just ok.”

“We came here for dinner and really enjoyed the food. General Tao Chicken was so crispy and delicious without being too sweet. Shrimp fried rice tastes amazing with high wok-heat flavors with big shrimp. Chicken wings are delicious with five spice. The owner’s kids served us and they are lovely friendly kids helping their parents. I was really tired all day but the dinner here really”

“It’s been many years since we’ve been here. Decided to grab a bite to eat but it seem the food quality has went down. The chicken wings did not look appetizing, one bite of it and I could smell and taste that it was old chicken. The chow mein noodles were too doughy compared to other restaurants. I’ll give it 2 stars for the decent customer service.”
