“Rokerij is such a unique experience when it comes to the food! This spot is great for date nights, nice dinner with friends, and even out-of-towners. The food is always impeccable with a smoky feel to it. And the Green Chili Potato is a must! I will say, the service at Rokerij is OKAY, but nothing to write home about for the cost of the dinner and atmosphere. I have been several times now, and each time, I truly wish the server would have given us a bit more love and attention. But, it wasn’t a horrible or bad experience by any means. Just something to keep in mind when making plans there for the evening or day.”

“I visited twice so far, both for lunch. Service is slow and Arden (the waiter) never said green tea is a charge for each refill. Atmosphere is good. Trendy music is playing but it makes it hard to call the waiter when he is not looking over. Food is what you would find at any sushi place. I had the salmon bento box and the gangnum roll. The food tastes good, but is not special enough to come back for.”

“We went to this place, on our 'first date' 18 years ago and wanted to revisit for our Anniversary. we were as pleased with this visit as we were the first time, and were so happy that not only did this fine restaurant make it through the 'Covid Disaster', but has continued the excellent food and service throughout time. Our meals were a 'circus' of flavors and each bite was such pleasant sense of spices and flavor. Simply outstanding, as was the combo appetizer pictured. I can't remember what the name of the cocktail drink we shared (last picture) but it was quite interesting and unique. Just cannot go wrong dining here.”

“My wife and I came in for an early dinner the other day and were pleasantly surprised. The food was well made, modern and fresh, full of indian spices and flavor. The décor was light and inviting, The drinks were very good. We ordered several takes on modern drinks with an indian twist. We will definitely return.”

“Friendly and great customer service at this location. We ordered egg fried rice, honey walnut shrimp, and Mongolian beef. All three dishes were great! The shrimp had a little too much mayo but love the crispness and how big the shrimps were. The Mongolian beef was very tender and love the sauce it is in. It definitely went well with the egg fried rice. I wish the portions were larger as it was for sharing. However, it was enough for two people for three dishes we ordered. I love the ambience and the decor of the restaurant. Nice quiet place to dine as a family or on a date. I recommend checking the place out if you are in the Paradise Valley neighborhood. Overall, 4 stars for me due to the portion size for the price.”

“Excellent in all aspects! We got Meang Kum, Paneng Nuea, Pla Duk Pad Ped, Khow Pad Pu, and Mango Sticky Rice. All these are delicious. Pla Duk Pad Ped here is probably better than that of most restaurants in Bangkok, while Khow Pad Pu is non-inferior to authentic fried rice in top Chinese restaurants. Meang Kum is our favorite- the best of Meang Kum we’ve ever had in decades.”

I had the Lo Mein, and hubby had the Spicy Honey Chicken, with potstickers for appetizers. Everything was delicious, fresh, and hot. “As a causal foodie, I had been hearing rave reviews about Pho 43 Express from my fellow epicurean friends. So today, I decided to take my parents along for a lunch to experience it firsthand. After a 45-minute wait(arrived around noon), which speaks volumes about its popularity, we were seated and promptly served the much-acclaimed pho. The dish arrived steaming hot at our booth, brimming with vibrant green onions that added not just color but an incredible depth of flavor. The freshness of the veggies was palpable on the palate and the chicken - oh the chicken - was cooked to absolute perfection! Adding to this delightful culinary experience was the staff's impressive familiarity with their customers and an ambiance enhanced by melodious tunes wafting through the restaurant.”
