“I’ve came to Thai Tamarind several times for dinner every time was absolutely amazing. The Hot Thai Chicken Wings are always cooked to perfection and the Combination Pad Thai is my favorite in the Pittsburgh area. The lunch special is awesome as well. I started with Wonton Soup and Crab Rangoon. The Wonton Soup was full of fresh vegetables and three nice size wontons. Of course I got the Combination Pad Thai it came with your choice of soup or salad and a spring roll. Pleasant atmosphere the staff is very friendly and accommodating. Can’t wait to go back!!”

“Really glad we tried Lins! The food was awesome and it came out really quickly. Our server Molly was super personable and friendly and took great care of us. Prices are very reasonable and the quality was great. I ordered the Mandarin Tofu which was excellent, I will definitely be ordering it again! We may have found one of our new favorite spots on the south side!”

“Best Chinese food in the area AND it’s friggin local. C’mon. This place does great work on their food and service and if I had enough money I’d go there all the time. For now, it’s a treat! Portions are on point and the flavor is there. The inside is quite clean and has a restroom for customers.”

“I saw a comment about Sesame Inn and being much better, so I was intrigued. I’m familiar with the Sesame Inn so I HAD to try this. And… 100% correct. The food had great flavor, portions were great. My wife said Pork Fried Dumplings were better than Sesame. Atmosphere is a college town/local restaurant. Nothing fancy so could be considered a “hidden gem”. Overall, very much recommend!”

“Mongolian Beef doesn't taste like any Mongolian Beef I have had, very bland and beef was a little rubbery. Curry Chicken was fair. Egg roll taste and texture was very good. Ordered online, had to wait 10-15 minutes longer than est. ready time. Staff was nice, specifically to patrons dining in.”
