“What a lovely restaurant! We came here for a weekend night out. The host and staff were very friendly and kind. Service was quick and attentive. The overall restaurant gave out a relaxing and chilling vibe. It would be suitable for a couple’s date night, a family night out, or just hanging with friends. The food was great. We ordered Satay tofu, Som tum (papaya salad), Tom yum soup with rice and Beef noodle soups. The last one was Mango panna cotta for dessert. All the food were delicious. With an exception of Tom yum soup (sour enough but no spicy at all), I had no complaints.”

“What a treat! The food is phenomenal and at the right price. Authentic Chinese cuisine right at the heart of the Peninsula. This restaurant is definitely not your Americanized Chinese food. We're talking about a proper authentic meal at a somewhat rundown place which just adds to the experience. Absolutely will return.”

“Tried out this well-reviewed restaurant. Good ambiance near the highway exit, yet surprisingly serene. Convenient parking available. Despite being a weekday evening, the restaurant was lively. While the atmosphere matters, the focus remains on food quality. Soft bread, but the soup had an unusual curry-like flavor. For appetizers: Poached, chilled calamari, and Smoky shrimp with spiced watermelon. Both delicious, especially enjoyed the texture of the calamari. Ordered Miso marinated breast of squab and Australian wagyu coulotte steak for mains. Personally not a fan of squab, preferred the Wagyu steak, perfectly seared on the outside. Desserts: "Pineapple Express" cheesecake and Cake 'n Ice Cream. Cheesecake tasted mediocre, and both ice cream and chocolate cake were average. Red wine pairing was okay, and reasonably priced. Dinner is worth a try, but for special occasions like an anniversary, might explore other options.”

“A friendly neighborhood Chinese takeout store that has been here since my childhood. They have great lunch and dinner specials, freshly made dishes in the display, and are fantastic with portion sizes. One usually needs to come inside to order. The staff speak English and Chinese, and are exceptionally welcoming. They take both cash and card, and I'd recommend the Dai Chin chicken and the eggplant.”
