I was stranded at the Research Blvd location because unfortunately on that specific day, they didn't have anyone available to install a battery for me after purchasing. My battery was completely dead and wasn’t responding to a jump attempt (kindly facilitated by the Research Blvd staff), and my options were limited. I called the North Lamar location, explained the situation to Marcos, he seamlessly facilitated a battery purchase over the phone, and then DROVE the battery over to me at the Research Blvd location and installed it like an absolute expert and champion. Marcos single-handedly insured that I could make it up to Dallas to see my family, and I am extremely, extremely grateful for how above and beyond he went.
