“My husband and I went to Rack Attack to purchase a cargo box for our new car. We did not know much about the features we wanted or needed and therefore we were looking to be educated on what to consider when purchasing such an item. Upon arriving at the store, which was busy, we were greeted warmly and the salesperson let us know that he would soon be available. The salesperson, Karim, seemed genuinely interested in our questions and answered them expertly. He made suggestions regarding sizes and features. We felt no pressure. We told him we needed to go home to take some measurements. A couple of days later we came back to make our purchase. We could not be happier with the product which is well suited for our needs. We wholeheartedly recommend Rack Attack to anyone looking for expert information, product quality and reasonable price.”

“As some other reviewers say, it really depends who you get at the front desk. The guy I dealt with was rude and unhelpful. I asked about getting correct replacement bulbs (for side marker lights) on my vehicle, but according to the guy side marker lights don't exist on vehicles. He didn't ask about the bulb type, just silent like I asked something absurd. Not thinking much of it, I gave the bulb details anyway and was then corrected on the pronunciation of the bulb brand name. Obvious at that point it was clear the guy didn't want to be there. When the customer is being the friendly one and gets attitude back, it's not a great first impression. In the end I bought the bulbs, but won't be returning to this NAPA location again in future.”
