You can clearly see many deep scratches and many small scratches. My car's paint was in perfect condition, so these defects were not present before this wash. The loss is quite considerable, as almost half of the car will need to be polished. I immediately informed your employee about this situation. He couldn't comment much, but I'm sure it happened at the car wash. If you want to see for yourself, I can come again and show the car, so you can assess the damage yourself.
