“Terrible experience with very bitter feelings at the end. The whole day is not enough to change winter tires, and then they give you 230 euro invoice that is completely wrong. I came to pick up the car at 15:00 only to find out that nothing has been done and left at 18:00. Very upset and late for kids. Thank you merbach”

“I had one of the best customer experiences aquiring a car at Auto’s Verschueren. The comunication was flawless and a pleasure, in english. All the staff, and especially Pieter who is a super professional, kind and honest sales person. He was fantastic handling the deal from remote reservation until the delivery. He even happily answered a private call after office hours on a Friday, and he didn't have to. The car, including rims were polished, perfectly cleaned, and Pieter helped with all documents, export plates, insurance, guarantee, and guiding how the car features worked. It was fun to do business, but next time I will simply ask to deliver the car back home, because I can now trust them enough. Thank you Pieter!”

“Worst place to get your Audi towed to, after having a punctured tyre on the freeway: - Nobody speaks English. - They do not inform you on the costs + ordering and repair status. - They installed 4 new Continental tyres that aren’t homologated for my type of car (RS4). Only Michelin & Pirelli are allowed. - They charged me almost €450 per tyre, while the going rate for that tyre is €280-300,-. See attached picture for bill. - They left my car parked along the main road for at least 4 days, while other garages park client cars inside or behind a fence. I have issued a formal complaint, but no response up till now, hence this review & I forwarded the complaint to Audi NL & Audi Belgium. Hugo Verhage”
