There was 5 in a pack but nothing said that in description or Specifications. Also says it's ships in 2-5 days. After 4 days I was told their supplier was sending it to them and they won't receive it for another 4 days. Then it will be sent to me providing it arrives when they say it will. If you need it urgently maybe ring to check stock first. Nothing said low stock or out of stock on their website. If I knew that I would have bought elsewhere.”

After my first service Mazda charged me and was told that it wasn't in my contract. I would like others to know, be careful they don't keep there word and left it out of the agreement . Also $12 for a loan car. Great customer service. Not for the $12 just the respect and customer service. I have made 2 calls to South port Mazda and no call back. Disappointing what a let down. Robina have been very helpful and contacted me same day. Good customer service.”

I explained my situation to her as my Bowdens Snow Cannon broke at the thread for the second time, she checked if it could be replaced, and assumed it was over tightened or dropped. It was not. The plastic was brittle and broke in less than a year after being replaced. That assumption was bad customer service and I would not recommend any customer talk to her. The rest of the staff is very respectful and understanding, she was not. Her service was worth 1 star the rest of the store and other employees deserve 5 stars. That is my reasoning for 3 stars”

The ladies on the desk were so kind & polite. Very informative, they organised my hire car from hertz. Such a pleasure to deal with. They had my car for two days & called me when it was ready to collect. I now have a nice new bumper & tail lights. & I am so very great full that they washed & vacuumed my car, that was totally unexpected & greatly appreciated.
