Unfortunately we noticed couple of issues on the used vehicle and we couldn’t move forward with the deal. Later we visited to check out few other options but the next time another person comes to us it was not so great experience. It was not professional at all and the person seems to pay no attention to us. It looked like they have no interest into getting into a deal. “James Wood Dealership is where you need to buy your next vehicle! I was looking for a new 2024 GMC 2500 AT4. I called the store and spoke to Michel. Prior to contacting James Wood, I reached out to about 5 different local GMC dealerships. Unfortunately, their inventory on the lot was actually in transit or already sold, despite what their websites said. I asked Michel if the AT4 listed on the website was available, and he confirmed that they are on the lot and invited me to come take a look at it. He did mention that there were a couple of other interested buyers in the same AT4 model I was considering, just to inform me so I wouldn't waste my trip up to Denton. However, I assured him that I am a serious buyer and would still be coming in. Michel didn't pressure me into buying a vehicle, and when I arrived at the dealership, I noticed other people were also looking for the AT4. I brought in two trade-in vehicles, and his team promptly appraised them. The price offered wasn't extraordinary, but it was comparable to the appraisals I received from other dealerships. Due to the current car market and high demand for the AT4, I didn't get an outstanding deal, but they made it clear that they don't engage in market adjustment markup or add dealer accessories like nitrogen air. Throughout the process, Michel and his manager were upfront, honest, professional, and very friendly. We arrived close to closing time, so we filled out our application and heard from Michel the next day that our truck was ready to go. He had the truck detailed and prepared when we arrived, so we quickly signed the papers and were on our way. Having bought and sold cars many times, I can say that this was, by far, the most pleasant dealership experience I've ever had. Michel's expertise exceeded that of any 25-30+ year veteran salespeople. He made sure we understood everything we were signing, walked us through our new vehicle, and had us in and out in no time. “I recently financed a 2011 BMW 328xi 6-speed manual and I very satisfied with how Jerry and his team handled my financial situation. After getting approved for the car they told that me there was something wrong with the VANOS solenoid and there was small coolant leak from the reservoir. Jerry said he will have this fixed and for me to wait until his mechanic fixes it. After waiting almost a week he calls me and tells me that the solenoid is on backorder and he doesn't know when the part will be available so he said that he'll replace the motor and that I'm gonna have to wait until his mechanic finishes everything up. After waiting for about a week I call Jerry to ask if the car is ready and it was ready with a fresh new motor and zero issues. It rode perfectly on the way home.
